仿冒语通翻译字号已经处理完毕

我公司近日获上海市工商总局告知,于2004年发现本公司字号被仿冒一事已经处理完毕，就有关事宜本公司声明如下：
（1）上海语通翻译有限公司之字号在上海是唯一的，除本公司之外，不为任何其他个人或者企业所有。
（2）就仿冒语通翻译一事，上海工商总局已经依法处理完毕，如果您发现再有除本公司以及在职员工之外的个人或者企业以我公司名义或者以语通翻译之简称承接业务或者从事任何其他活动，请随时通知本公司或者工商部门。
（3）在此之前与仿冒“语通翻译”之个人或者企业发生任何业务关系之人士抑或机构，请与原联系人员尽快就具体业务协商处理，本公司并不对其承担任何责任。本公司任何一份有效合同或者有效委托上均具有上海语通翻译有限公司之全称（印章或签名，公司全称打印）。
（4）鉴于各种搜索引擎更新速度不一，互联网络上可能还会残留原仿冒“语通翻译”之内容。亦请广大客户或者相关人员确认登录我公司官方网站www.uniwords.com.cn.
(5)我公司对上海工商总局的鼎力支持深表感谢，尽管事件处理时间过长，进度不尽如人意，也对我公司的形象和业务造成一定的不良影响，但我们对处理难度表示理解。同时我们将更加努力回报客户，以便尽快挽回这一事件所导致的不良影响。
