杨帅满意前翻译打200分 称与球员们像父子

中国男篮在昆山体育中心体育馆进行了公开训练，备战即将开始的中欧男篮锦标赛，中国男篮将在昆山进行三场热身赛。

训练结束之后，男篮主教练杨纳基斯接受了媒体采访，不过，站在他的身边的是新翻译郭维盛，而不是此前的单正灏。男篮进行了翻译的调整，郭维盛被重新招入国家队，而单正灏回归 录像剪辑工作。这一换人引发了媒体的巨大猜测，有人猜想杨纳基斯与男篮的一些队员尤其是老队员关系不好。

不过，对此，男篮此前已经发表公开声明回应，而杨纳基斯也进行了解释。“我知道他以前就在国家队呆过，考虑到我们要打亚锦赛这样的大赛，我们需要更多的人来帮助球队。我们现在是 更好的团队了，希望能够给球员和球队更好的贡献，在比赛中取得成功。”杨纳基斯说，“同时对单正灏也减轻了压力，因为他之前也要翻译，也要剪切录像，现在他可以专注于他的本职工 作了，不用像以前那样辛苦。”

有记者问杨纳基斯对前翻译单正灏是否满意，如果按照100分能够打多少分。对此，杨纳基斯的回答让人笑了。“是的，我满意。100分的话，我会给200分。”杨纳基斯说，“我们是一个团队 ，为整体工作，配合在一起工作，希望每个人都分工明确，对大家都好，使大家更加专注。”

杨纳基斯表示，换翻译是男篮共同的决定。“你要知道，我们是一个团队，这是共同做出的决定。我们无论做出什么决定，都是为了球队的最大利益，为了球员的利益。能得到更多的信息，得到更多的帮助。大赛来临之际，工作量很大，每天都有比赛。这是不可思议的工作量。有大量的做录像、与队员交谈、教练员还要去动员队员。”杨纳基斯说，“大赛中间，每天都有比赛，每天都有不同的情况。大赛当中，准备得越细，效果会越好。一个细节、一个对对手的球探报告、一个别的地方的改造，对整个结果都会不一样。

对于一些媒体所猜测的中国男篮将帅失和，杨纳基斯进行了反驳。“我不这么认为。你可以问问队员。我的队员就像我的孩子，我希望鞭策他们，希望他们可以冲破自己的极限。我希望可以 帮助他们，我在他们身边。我总是跟我的队员们说，有时候虽然有人对你看上去友好，他不鞭策你，实际上他反而是不喜欢和关心你。就像父亲对待孩子一样，总是会不断地鞭策和推动你。 我和队员的关系不错。”杨纳基斯说，“有时候我的一些要求不容易达到，我可以理解。但是，这里的每个人都希望中国篮球可以得到世界篮球的高水平，到上一次比赛我们的表现是不足以 达到这个水平的，希望我们可以达到自己的目标。”

杨纳基斯甚至号召中国男篮的跟队记者一起来鞭策和推进中国男篮的进步。“你们也清楚地知道，你们也希望中国篮球能够达到世界水平，希望大家可以成为我的助理教练，帮助我推动队员 们。他们能够做到，他们有这种天赋，但是他们需要去练习，执行，打破自己旧的习惯。”杨纳基斯说，“初期会非常难看，可能会出现很多错误，从长远来看，养成好的习惯，对未来是很 大的帮助。所以我们应该携手合作，一起鞭策我们的队员，达到国际级水平。他们能够做到，我们只是要帮助他们，帮助他们树立信心。”
