项目融资

从广义上讲，为了建设一个新项目或者收购一个现有项目，或者对已有项目进行债务重组所进行的一切融资活动都可以被称为项目融资。从狭义上讲，项目融资（Project Finance）是指以项目的资产、预期收益或权益作抵押取得的一种无追索权或有限追索权的融资或贷款活动。我们一般提到的项目融资仅指狭义上的概念。根据这一定义，在项目融资中，用来保证贷款偿还的主要来源被限制在被融资的项目本身的经济强度中。
