病情简介：患者2天前无明显诱因出现咳嗽、咳少量棕色痰，伴发热，体温最高38.2℃，无寒战，伴气喘，头痛、咽痛无明显胸闷气短，无咳血，为求进一步诊治收入院。查体：T36.5℃，P80次/分，R17次/分，BP120/70mmHg,口唇无发绀，咽赤，双肺呼吸音粗，可闻及散在湿啰音，律齐，心率80次/分，未闻及心脏杂音，腹软，无压痛、反跳痛及肌紧张，双下肢不肿。血常规：WBC10.4*10^9，中性粒细胞67.5%，肺CT示双肺炎性改变，左侧尤著。给予哌拉西林舒巴坦抗炎，痰热清清热解毒，喘定及沐舒坦平喘化痰治疗，患者目前咳嗽气喘较前好转，体温波动于36.4-37℃，湿啰音较前减少。

英语翻译：

Sickness description: the patient had cough with a little of brown sputum and also fever without any obvious cause. The physical temperature reached 38. 2℃, without chill, but out of breath, with headache and sore throat, no obvious weak chest, no hemoptysis. The patient is received for further treatment. PE: T36.5℃，P80 beat/min，R17 beat/min，BP120/70mmHg. No cyanose of mouth and lips, red throat, rough breath sound of both lungs, sporadic wet rale is heard. Good rhythm, heart rate 80 times/min. No heart noise is heard. Soft abdomen, no tenderness, jumping pain or muscular tension. No swelling of both legs. Routine blood examination: WBC10.4*10^9，neutrophils 67.5%. CT of lung shows Inflammatory changes of both lungs, especially with the left lung. Piperacillin and Sulbactam was adopted for anti-inflammation; Tanreqing injection for heat-clearing and detoxifying effect; dyphylline and Ambroxol for appeasing asthma and eliminating phlegm. The cough and asthma situation of the patient is now improved. The temperature fluctuates between 36.4-37℃, and the wet rale is reduced as compared to before.
