办理荷兰探亲签证申请时须提交的材料：

1.填写完整的申请表，并签有本人亲笔签名，2张2寸近期个人证件彩照；
2.个人有效护照及其复印件；
3.家庭户口本及其复印件；
4.担保人护照或居留证的复印件，经认证的担保书原件；
5.经中国外交部认证的亲属关系公证，证明与担保人的亲属关系，除此公证书外，不需要其它任何公证书；
6.直接亲属关系和非直接亲属关系都必须提供提交当地公证处以证明亲属关系的原始材料，如是其它关系，还须出示证明关系的原件材料；
7.有工作者，须持工作证及单位准假证明（证明须注明单位详细地址，电话号码和联系人姓名及职位）；
8.学生须持学生证及学校准假证明（证明须注明学校详细地址，电话号码及联系人姓名及职位），18岁以下者须由父母陪同前来，并准备好同意孩子出国申明；
9.详细的中文通讯地址及邮政编码等。
