“乞讨卖艺”用英文怎么说？

昨日起至3月10日，市政府法制办网站就《北京市轨道交通运营安全条例》草案征求意见稿征求民意。征求意见稿明确，对在车站、车厢内乞讨、卖艺、堆放物品等影响疏散的行为，最高罚款500元。

According to the draft, passengers must undergo a security check before taking the trains or they will be refused entry. In addition, begging and performing for money on the platform or in the trains are forbidden.

根据草案，乘客在上车前必须接受安全检查，否则将不让进站。另外，还将禁止在站台或车厢内乞讨卖艺。

本次草案明确禁止了一系列不文明行为和影响疏散的行为，包括在站台和车厢内begging and performing for money（乞讨卖艺），在escalators（电梯）、passenger conveyors（自动人行道）、passageways（过道）和carriages（车厢）吃东西，distributing leaflets（派发广告单），以及在列车里smoking, spitting, urinating and defecating（抽烟、吐痰、大小便）等不文明行为。

无视警告的人将被处以50元到500元的罚款，那些非法通过ticket-checking machines（检票机）的人将面临50元到1000元的罚款。
