“退休返聘”用英文怎么说？

上海自2010年起就开始尝试柔性延长退休年龄，然而却乏人问津。退休职工和企业都更倾向于退休返聘，因为这样一来退休职工可以领到养老金和工资两份收入，而企业也可以免缴四金。

Zhou said that as rehiring someone after retirement seems more beneficial to both the employer and the employee, more opt to do it rather than postpone retirement.

周表示，退休返聘似乎对于雇主和职工都更有利，因此雇主和雇员都宁愿退休返聘也不愿延迟退休

“退休返聘”的英文表达就是rehiring someone after retirement。调查发现，退休返聘比postpone retirement（延迟退休）更受欢迎。退休返聘职工可以领到养老金和返聘工资双份收入，企业也可以免缴四金，另外，people re-employed after retirement（退休返聘者）通常从事辅助性工作，工作压力也较小。

专家称，中国必须在未来十到二十年逐步把退休年龄延迟到65岁，才能缓解未来social security fund（社保基金）的空缺。十八届三中全会决定也提出要raise the retirement age in progressive steps（渐进式延迟退休年龄）。
