渝中区法院审理首起涉外案件 大四女翻译引关注

身高1米70，白色的高领长袖、紧身的黑色牛仔裤，今年还在四川外语大学读大四的苏琬茹看起来，十分干练，很像是《律政俏佳人》中的女律师。20日在渝中区法院审理的首起涉外犯罪案件中，她成为全场焦点，坐在翻译席上，做为阿拉伯语翻译，而他的男友则甜蜜地坐在台下，为她拍照。

20日上午10点半，渝中区法院审理首起涉外犯罪案件。据渝中区检察院指控称，嫌疑人叫哈里，是也门人，在西安长安大学留学，到重庆来玩耍时，在渝中区聚兴村，见一年轻女孩王某正在用苹果手机玩游戏时，实施抢夺，被当场捉获。

在进入到公诉阶段，受到渝中区法院的委托，四川外语大学下属的翻译公司，让精通阿拉伯语的苏琬茹出庭做翻译。虽然这是苏琬茹首次出庭作翻译，不过在过程中，她却显得十分老练。

她不但把法官、检察官、辩护人的语言，全部转化为阿拉伯语，传达给哈里。同时也把哈里所说的话，翻译成中文告诉法官、检察官、辩护人，以及台下赶来旁听的法院和西南大学法学院的四十多位旁听者。

有趣的是，坐在第一排的一位穿白T恤的年轻男子，是苏琬茹的男友。男友称笑称，和她来往了一年多，女友的阿拉伯语却没有听懂两句。平时我们聚少离多，他称自己也是名在校大四生，目前就读于广汉民航学院。

“她还是很优秀。今年全国有700万大学毕业生，就业形势严峻，她早就找到了工作，已经和一家央企签订了合同。”男友说，舒琬茹平时学习很刻苦，有股子韧劲，不达到目的誓不罢休一般。自己都很佩服。

“现在重庆越来越国际化，不少阿拉伯地区的人都过重庆来做生意。“他称，舒琬茹承揽了不少翻译工作。

至20日中午1点，法院才宣布休庭。“翻译了两个多小时，累不累？”在接受记者采访时，舒琬茹笑称，“一点也不累，接受这种工作很有挑战性，对于锻炼自己的口语和提升思维很有帮助。”
