广西人才竞争压力有增无减 翻译类职位最难求职

7月11日,广西人才网联系统公布我区今年二季度人才供求数据统计分析报告。报告显示,我区人才供求比为1.37∶1(即1.37人竞争1个岗位),需求持续下降,人才竞争压力有增无减。

二季度,广西人才网联系统登记求职人数为18.5万人,其中求职人数超过1万人的有行政/文职类、财务/统计类、销售类、建筑/工程类;通过广西人才网联系统招聘的用人单位共1.1万家,同比增长14.98%。其中,制造业、批发和零售业、房地产业等5个行业累计占比达到67.17%。由于需求相对较少,翻译类、银行类、人力资源/人事类和计算机硬件类供求比例高,分别达到8.27∶1、7.01∶1、5.29∶1和5.08∶1。

由于需求人数同比下降,求职人数却维持在较高水平,总体供求压力呈增大趋势的我区二季度人才供求有三个特点:一是人才供给总体基本与去年持平,行政/文职/后勤类、银行类等人才供应维持旺盛局面;二是人才需求总体有明显下滑趋势,但保险类人才需求却呈现逆势增长;三是人才供应与去年持平,人才需求下降,人才供求总体压力明显,特别是服务类、销售类人才需求缺口仍较大。
