让漫画走进法律的“翻译人”

“学习法律就是背法条吗？学习法律很枯燥无味吗？NO！NO！NO！”网友“燕Bin小Guoker”在新浪微博上用趣味横生的系列卡通漫画，“翻译”和解读深奥严肃的法律知识，让网友大呼“通俗易懂”、“幽默风趣”。用“一个仍在学海中遨游的法律人，以创作”法律系列漫画”为乐”来定义自己的漫画主人“燕Bin小Guoker”，是一名来自华南理工大学法学院2009级的女生，今年九月即将成为复旦大学法学院的研究生。

“学法学的，就像被夹在汉堡包中间的人儿一样”，风趣的文字，配上生动的漫画，活泼且有画面感地对“学法学的到底在折腾些啥”进行了微感言播报；而《受死吧！边沁！》一则中，又直观地再现了法学大家边沁的理论主张……目前，这一系列漫画已出八期，其中一则被转发达七千多次。

亲手打造了这些幽默又贴切漫画的“燕Bin小Guoker”，其实只是一个漫画初学者。她创作系列漫画的灵感，来源于一本名为《滚蛋吧！肿瘤君》的漫画书，“主人公在漫画里流露出来的乐观幽默打动了我，所以开始自学漫画，从绘画、拍照到后期电脑处理，全是我一个人完成的。”

该系列漫画不仅得到了网友的广泛关注，法学界权威们也在微博上转发评价，在《学法学的到底在搞什么飞机》这则漫画中，复旦大学法学院孙笑侠教授评价道：“这则法学卡通里面提出了许多重要的值得深思的问题！”而对于作者在漫画中提出的“忽悠”观点，法律人吴法天调侃道:“前面讲的挺好，后面结论太跳跃了。看来主页君深得忽悠法学的精髓啊。”

对于网友们的欢迎和喜爱，“燕Bin小Guoker”表示，接下来自己会多读书，多思考，“谢谢你们的关注，我会好好酝酿，给你们带来更多惊喜的！”
