口语：教你如何夸赞花样美男

　　夸赞男生长得帅，一般都先想到的是handsome，可是，美国人常说的却是：He's so cute.
也许你会说cute是用来形容可爱的“美眉”或小孩子的，比如在cute kitten，cute dog，cute baby等中它均表示“小巧”，“惹人爱的”，“可爱的”意思，而在cute girl，cute guy中则表示“迷人，好看，有魅力”的意思。
　　在美剧Friends中也经常出现类似的句子：He's so cute . 或者：He's way too cute to be straight. 他实在太可爱了，所以他一定不会是异性恋。
　　另外cute和meet搭配的话就是a cute meet：一次浪漫的邂逅。
　　在制造浪漫的高手笔下，浪漫小说或爱情电影中男女主人公相遇的那一刻，或者是一见钟情(love at the first
sight)，或者是与对方有了那种奇妙的感觉(magic/the chemical feeling)。这种情形下的相遇和相识就是cute meet。
　　形容男生可爱除了用cute这个词以外，还可以用adorable。但相比之下，cute给人感觉比较俏皮，而adorable则是表现出一种让人强烈喜欢的可爱。虽然我们可以拿adorable来形容男士可爱，但是这个词在使用上要多加小心。
　　因为在美国男生公开称赞男生adorable是件很奇怪的事情，唯一的可能就是这个人是同性恋。所以在美国切记不要随便称男士同性adorable。
　　除此之外，adorable还可以用来形容小孩：Your baby is so adorable. 你的婴儿真可爱。
　　或是形容宠物：I like your kitten because it is so adorable. 我喜欢你的小猫咪因为它好可爱。
　　还有这样一个动词短语：act cute/adorable. 装可爱。
　　如：He knows how to act cute to get her heart。
　　他知道如何装可爱来博得她的心。
　　除去以上说的说法，大家还会见到这样的评价：He is so sweet. 他真的好温柔体贴喔/他好讨人爱哦。
　　sweet也是个用途很广的形容词，只要有令人感动的事情或是让人觉得心里产生那种甜甜的感觉，都可以用sweet这个词。
