广州恒大里皮配两个翻译

在广州恒大队中，阵容庞大的翻译团队是一道不可忽略的风景线。目前，恒大队中除了里皮领衔的教练组及卡斯特拉齐领衔的外籍医疗康复工作人员外，还有包括穆里奇、巴里奥斯等5名外籍球员，球队的外籍人员人数达到了13个。

为了能够保证教练与球员顺畅沟通，恒大俱乐部不惜花费大价钱聘请了7名翻译，其中意大利语翻译4名，葡语翻译2名以及1名韩语翻译。

在这7名翻译中，因为工作分工以及服务对象的不同，每名翻译也有相应具体的工作职责。像里皮的贴身翻译文迁时，他的主要职责就是贴身跟随里皮，以及在训练和比赛中架起里皮与球员之间沟通的桥梁。而去年才从北外毕业的翁书荡则主要承担为里皮进行赛前赛后新闻发布会翻译的事宜。

相对而言，恒大队中的葡语翻译工作强度则要大出很多，宫耸一人便要揽下穆里奇、孔卡、埃尔克森等的翻译工作，而巴里奥斯则是俱乐部为其专门配备了一个私人翻译。从13个外籍人士便配备7个翻译的比例来看，达到了一个翻译服务两个老外的高效配置，这在不少世界足球豪门面前也是拿得出手的。
