一头牦牛撞进帐篷，打翻灶上滚烫的牛奶，2岁藏族小女孩麦扎措被严重烫伤，于25日晚住进武警四川消防总队医院，目前仍未脱离生命危险。天府早报记者昨日从医院得知，因语言不通，医患交流很困难，急寻藏语翻译志愿者。

藏族小女孩烫伤严重

躺在四川武警消防总队医院的监护室里，2岁的藏族女孩麦扎措睁着大眼睛看着爸爸俄则西，握紧的小拳头放在胸口，裸露的皮肤令人触目惊心。

主治医生冯凯介绍，麦扎措目前仍未脱离生命危险，她是受伤一天多才转入医院的。“入院时处于休克状态，头部、面部、双膝，全身多处有50%的2度—3度烫伤，进入3度烫伤的达30%。”冯凯说，因为麦扎措现在情况很不稳定，有电解质紊乱及低蛋白血症。首要采取的措施就是防休克和防创伤面感染，暂时还不能做手术。

在医院走廊上，俄则西和孩子的舅舅仁青俄色，一脸焦急地用藏语交谈着。

回忆

牦牛掀翻牛奶烫伤女孩

时间倒退到24日晚上8点，在甘孜州德格县的一个藏民家里，2岁的麦扎措被母亲独自留在帐篷里。不料一头牦牛冲进帐篷，把火炉上的一锅热牛奶掀翻。母亲听到麦扎措撕心裂肺的哭声，匆忙赶来时，发现女儿已被热牛奶严重烫伤。

在德格县政府驻蓉办事处工作人员唐木兰的帮助下，父亲俄则西告诉记者：“当时麦扎措躺在那都哭不出声了，只剩手脚不停扳动！”他抱起女儿就往离家较近的阿须区卫生院跑。“只做了简单的处理，就让转院到成都。”俄则西说，他向亲戚朋友借了2万元后，在一个朋友的帮助下，于24日凌晨1点开车到了甘孜，随后花2800元包车连夜往成都赶，最终在25日晚10点左右到达武警四川消防总队医院。

急寻康巴藏语志愿者

“孩子的父亲不会汉语。”孩子的舅舅仁青俄色表示，自己也只会简单的汉语。在一旁的护士说：“他们很多话表达不出来，只能用手势比划。”院方和家属语言沟通成为一大问题。

“他们语言不通，可能买水都成问题。”成都市青羊区义工联合会的一名志愿者闻讯赶来，“我已经在群里、网站上、微博里发帖，寻找懂康巴藏语的志愿者。”

主治医生冯凯说，目前麦扎措正在重症监护室进行治疗，治疗烫伤的费用初步估计需20万元。
