日语里「达美」和「雅灭蝶」的区别是什么？

「达美」，也即「駄目（だめ）」。
主要词性为：名词、形容动词。
原义比较有意思，是个围棋术语，说的就是棋盘上某些「目」，不能被计算到双方任何一方的领地中，就被叫做「駄目」。

补充下吧，一般用yamete的一个前提是，这个事情已经在执行了，请求对方不要继续了、停下来。语气是完全算不上强硬的。上面有人说“强迫对方停止”，我觉得是不对的。yamero才是强硬的。
dame的话比较中性的，不行，能用的地方比较多。比如口头上解释规则时，可以用。生活中也各种可以用，情态不明显。唯一要注意的是，但日本上下关系比较那个，dame这种明确的“不行”的意思的词不太对对上级用，一般会说的婉转的，比如“可能不太好”啊之类的。yamete的话因为有请求的一点意思，所以对上级也可以用

看到大家的解释，哥什么欲也起来了，不淡定了。但是还是简单解释一下吧。
为了初级的孩纸简单了解，具体的就不多说了，就说下最关心的语感吧。だめ（达买）是对别人特别是同辈关系较亲近的人和地位低的人的观点看法做法的一种否定判断，大体就是不可以的意思。而やめて为国人所熟知当然是因为岛国多产爱情动作片，やめて的语感于だめ不同，有一种强烈急迫的强迫对方停止现在在进行的行为的意思，用于特别危机的时候，て型感叹结尾常为女性所用表示轻微命令，所以やめて（雅买太）就成了女性在爱的动作中专用的感觉了…而同样的词男性一般会用命令型やめろ（呀卖老）的。
