除了「梗」以外，「inside joke」在正规文本中如何翻译更贴切？

最近翻译IT类文章遇到「inside joke」这个词，从字面上看是指涉及圈子内部语境的玩笑、调侃、演绎等等，但结合该文章上下文来看，很多时候翻译成「圈内笑料」并不准确，其含义显然也不仅限于「笑料」而涉及隐语双关（未必好笑）等更多。于是翻译时颇为头大。目前是根据不同句子指代需要分别使用不同译法，但其中「调侃」的译法用得很勉强（如下段所举例句语境）。

在我看来，「inside joke」最准确的中文表达应该是「梗」，但这个词一来似乎普及度并不高，不适合用在严肃大众刊物刊载的译文里（虽然文章经常带有调侃意味），再来语言风格上在该篇语境内也不太协调（你听过「开发人员在这个软件里埋了一个梗」这种说法么？）。不知道大家有没有什么好的译法建议？

ps、可能有人会说「段子」（或「桥段」），但在我的语感中，段子跟梗还是有微妙差异的。段子大多涉及某种叙事语境，而且有意识的虚构成分居多。梗则多以某项事实的存在为前提。比如某人名字有个「梨」字，因此平时喜欢画只鸭梨代表自己，这叫梗，但不能叫段子。不过段子可以用来做「梗」。

inside joke 或 in-joke 直译的话，「内部笑话」或「圈内笑话」应该是很忠实原义的了，只是显得不够简洁和本土化。其本义可以参考下面两个 items：

「梗」应该指的就是「哏」（http://zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E5%93%8F），在某些具体的语境下，与「inside joke」的意思也是重合的。这些情况下，可以直接采用其常见的通称：「包袱」或「桥段」。

本来我想直接同意本题下 孟上 给出的「内涵」这种笼统的译法——就我个人体会来说，最初在 BBS 上接触到「内涵」这个词的意思，几乎跟「inside joke」完全一样。但现在看来，有两点不足：
(1) 「内涵」是一个非常时尚的网络流行用语，流行时间不算太长，可能不适合某些相对正规的文本；
(2) 「内涵」现在的语义也在转变——它不再局限于「圈内」的，而是变成了一种「公众环境」下的隐喻修辞手法的代称——这跟中国大陆的特殊语言环境有关。

为了弥补「内涵」这个意思，我想在一些情况下，也可以用「哑谜」来翻译「inside joke」。正如问题说明里补充的，「inside joke」有时未必是一种纯粹的笑料，所以在某些语境下，跟「哑谜」的引申义高度重合。

单论词，以“黑话”最佳；相声里的“包袱”一词，我觉得相比之下也比较合适。
另外要说明的是，英汉汉英翻译似乎不该过于追求词对词、句对句，因为两种语言词汇库、语法结构都不一样，无法保证每个词语在目的语言的词汇库里都有完全对应的词语。所以翻译以表意为上，不宜过分拘泥。以这里为例，说“藏包袱”还有些别扭，那还可以说“埋伏笔”，以“埋“”伏”表inside之意，再在下文合适处表joke之意。回答
