上海翻译公司口笔译工作流程

一.与客户洽谈： 资深译员兼项目主管接受客户咨询，在咨询洽谈的同时对项目进行精准分析，必要时提供试译，就项目基本问题和价格与客户充分沟通，达成一致，然后填写订单或签订项目合同，明确规定质量标准和客户的特殊要求，必要时签订保密协议书、质量承诺书。

二.项目组人员准备阶段: 订单和合同生效后，确定主译人员(一般为提供项目试译者)或组建项目组，分配任务。在这个过程中，翻译活动的全部参与者，包括翻译委托人及译稿使用者，都要保持畅通的交流与沟通，避免一切因信息量不足或误导造成的决策失误。

三.进度协调： 大型笔译项目由项目主管跟进项目进度，分期分批验收，进行质量评估，向翻译人员提出意见和建议，指导下一步的工作，同时向客户进行项目进展信息反馈。口译项目由项目负责人与翻译人员合作或指导翻译人员按时按量完成，分阶段或在项目结束时进行质量检验、评估，与客户和翻译人员沟通，提出意见和建议。在此期间客户可随时进行项目组人员资质验证，进度查询，项目计划查询，质量标准认定，验收办法认定等，也可随时提出撤换翻译人员。

四.翻译校对审核： 笔译项目完成后，由翻译人员进行自审，第一遍为逐字逐句双语对照自审，第二遍为译文全篇通读自审。然后，由项目主管或专业译审人员或以译入语为母语的语言专家进行译审、校对、整体验收和定稿，必要时由专业排版人员排版制作。最后，由项目主管根据翻译人员出具的项目流程单和译审人员出具的质量评估结果撰写项目报告，交翻译部经理，必要时抄送客户。口译项目完成后，项目主管与翻译人员共同出具流程单，对项目完成情况进行总结，必要时撰写项目报告，交翻译部经理。

五.客户进行项目验收： 项目主管与译员合作提供后期增值服务和跟踪服务，包括项目相关咨询、翻译内容调整和更新、协助打印装订或出版印刷、协助网站维护等，项目主管进行术语和技术数据采集整理，建立项目档案或客户专用术语库，进行回访，确认项目各环节无责任事故，听取客户意见和建议，进行客户关系维护。
