“中外互译”人才短缺阻碍文化走向国际化

原标题;“中译外”人才短缺阻碍文化“走出去”’

北京8月4日电（记者李苑）“尽管中国与世界的交流、交往越来越频繁，但国际社会对中国和中国产品的误解和偏见仍然大量存在，中国的声音、意图也常被误读、误判。我们需要花更大力气跨越语言和文化的障碍，这就需要翻译，特别是‘中外互译’发挥作用。”在日前举行的2013年全国高端应用型翻译人才培养基地项目协作座谈会上，中国外文局常务副局长郭晓勇提出，“中外互译”人才短缺正成为文化“走出去”的阻碍。

据中国翻译协会的调查显示，“中外互译”在翻译行业中的比例上升较快，总业务量所占比例由2010年的30%上升到2012年的54%，但目前这方面的专业人才却很欠缺。“从某种意义上说，‘中外互译’是关乎国家文化软实力和国家利益的战略问题。”郭晓勇说。

他指出，加强高端翻译人才培养，是我国经济社会各领域国际化程度日益提高的必然要求。应该整合国内外资源，为国家培养一批高端应用型翻译人才，打造基于实践需要的、产学研相结合的高端翻译人才培养和输送平台，形成以人才培养为龙头的可持续发展的翻译培训服务体系。
