一条路两种译法 原来分属不同部门

“咦，这路牌上的东平南路英文翻译是”dongping　south　road”，另一个路牌就变成了”dongping　southern　road”？”5月13日，遂宁市民欧欢坐车经过仁里镇附近时，发现相隔50米的同一条路，居然有两种不同翻译。为何一条路会出现不同的两种译法呢？标牌统一涉及哪些部门？

经记者多方走访了解到，原来遂宁各街巷、道路、景区等，由市民政局地名办牵头，经一系列命名程序将名字确定后，再由相关部门进行标志标牌设计、制作、安装。

遂宁的标志标牌分旅游指示牌、道路指示牌、交通指示牌、公交站牌、景区指示牌等，各指示牌分属不同责任主体。比如 “dongping　south　road”是与广德寺景区指引在同一个指示牌上，属旅游指示牌，就由市旅游局负责。“dongping　southern　road”是单纯的道路指引，属道路指示牌，就由市政设施管理处负责。安全警示、限速、车道划分等是属交通指示牌，由交警部门负责。公交站牌由公交公司负责，景区指示牌由各景区负责，另外高速路道路指示牌则由各自所属的高速路公司负责。“以前都是各责任主体对自己负责的指示牌，确定好尺寸、内容、设置地点后，分别请不同标牌制作公司做，制作公司有时兼做标牌的英文翻译。这就造成标识标牌不同译法，风格也就不统一。”遂宁市市政设施管理处处长蒲宗飞介绍，上个月遂宁市住建局、规划局、旅游局及各园区、景区等相关责任主体，专门就标识标牌怎么做、做什么、如何整合、怎样规范进行了讨论交流，初步确定由市住建局牵头，市旅游局制定统一的方案，市外办统一进行英文的翻译及审定，交由统一的标牌制作公司做。

在景区标识标牌上，遂宁近期要求由各景区根据国家相关旅游景区标识设置规范进行设置，市旅游局进行指导、检查。公交站牌由公交公司为主体，市政设施管理处要负责指导、整改，近日，遂宁市公交公司还指派了专门的“纠错员”，对公交站点进行巡查、纠错。
