最近在温度30℃上下的烈日炎炎下，由于供电紧张连总统都不开空调，而国会议员室里却有个别议员开着充足的冷气，享受着“寒冷的夏日”，让很多人皱起了眉头。
무더위가기승을부린21일오후.공공기관냉방온도규제에따라에어컨을가동하지않은국회회의실에서는법안을검토하는의원들이부채질을하며더위를식히고있었다.
在暑热袭人的20日下午，根据公共机关冷气温度管理，在探讨法案的议员们，在没有开空调的国会会议室里扇着扇子驱赶酷热。
원자력발전소가무더위로가동중단돼최악의여름철전력대란이우려되는상황에서국회는솔선수범차원에서고통분담을하겠다며국회청사내사무실의온도를28도이상으로유지하고있기때문이다.이뿐아니라냉방기가동시간도오전과오후각각1시간씩단축하고있다.

하지만국회의원과보좌진이머무는의원회관의상황은정반대였다.일부의원실이중앙냉방에더해‘은밀하게’개별에어컨까지빵빵하게틀고있었다.
但是国会议员和停留在议员会馆的职员们呈相反的状态。部分议员室里不仅开着中央冷气，还“隐秘地”开着空调。
이들의원실은절전등을이유로의원실문을닫겠다는공지문을붙였지만,실상은에어컨가동이때문인곳도있었다.K,H의원실등3∼4곳은이동식에어컨을들여놓거나,아예중대형급에어컨을틀어놓기도했다.

议员室有关人员暗示，由于新型空调压缩了室外机，空调可以正常运转，电费也由国会方面承担。
