地铁售票机中英文翻译不符 老外“懵了”

华西都市报讯（记者张想玲实习生 郑玮）“地铁惊现神翻译！”10日，有网友在本地一论坛上发布了两张照片，地铁自助售票机显示屏中英文不符，中文：服务中/不收硬币，英文翻译：only coin booking（只收硬币）。

对此，网友在论坛筑楼吐槽。有网友表示，当外国朋友看到这样的提示，说不定会硬往里面塞硬币。

网友吐槽/售票机中英文翻译不符

网友帖子上两张照片发布于9月10日，拍自于成都某地铁站。自助售票机上显示，中文：服务中/不收硬币。英文翻译：只收硬币。

“原谅楼主我的英语不好，对于上面的那句英文可是琢磨了半天，还不耻下问地请教了自己的同学，这才知道，原来这自动售票机的中英文自相矛盾啊。”对于照片的内容，发布者还添加了说明。

该帖子出现之后，随即引发了网友疯狂吐槽。“目测此帖要火啊。”“现代版指鹿为马的结果。”“严重中外不接轨”此帖上午9时许发布，截至当天下午2点多，已有十几个网友跟帖筑楼。

经多名网友鉴定，确认是翻译出现了错误。“楼主邪恶地想象了一下，当外国朋友看到这样的提示硬往里面塞硬币的场景。”有网友跟帖中戏谑道。

地铁回应/系统出错，已联系调整

“这个消息我们当天就知道了。”昨日，成都地铁运营公司工作人员回应称，因为系统出错，所以致中英文对照不符合，他们已第一时间联系客运部进行了调整。

根据帖子的反映，不少眼尖的网友表示，除了翻译出错，自助售票机什么情况下只收取纸币呢？该工作人员介绍，地铁自助售票机运行状态显示器每屏可显示单行10个汉字（16×16点阵），或20个英文字符（16×8点阵），单行显示，显示字体可以是红、绿、橙三种颜色。而运行状态显示器显示设备的运行状态包括：正常服务模式、暂停服务模式、停止运营模式、受限运营模式等。其中，只接收硬币，只接受纸币，不接收硬币，不接收纸币，本机不找零，本机零钱不足，均为受限运营模式。

“硬币模块满了或者纸币模块满了，系统会自动提示。显示器就会出现这样的情况。”该工作人员说，发现这种情况，工作人员会在20分钟内处理完毕。“除了自助售票机外，地铁内还有人工售票，不会影响乘客乘车。”他介绍说。
