谷歌翻译每天翻译量等于100万本图书

谷歌翻译可以算是谷歌产品中使用人数很多，但却很低调的一款产品，始终默默地为全球的用户提供翻译服务。在本届Google I/O大会上，谷歌翻译难得地公布了这款产品的一些数据。

据谷歌翻译前端与移动工程师Josh Estelle透露，谷歌翻译目前的日活跃用户超过2亿，并在一天内能够提供10亿次的翻译服务，翻译量相当于100万本图书内容。此外，有92%的用户来自美国以外的国家和地区。

谷歌翻译现在支持71种语言，并且还在不断新增。在语言种类方面，谷歌翻译并没有忽视一些使用人数极少的冷门语言，比如宿雾语、苗语和马拉地语。

目前谷歌翻译被谷歌植入旗下的多项服务，以方便时刻为用户提供翻译服务，比如Gmail邮箱、Google Play商店等等。在移动方面，谷歌翻译还提供了离线语言包和拍照翻译等功能。
