努力做政策的翻译者和推动者

 

手机常年24小时开机，必须放在随手能够到的地方，这被谢思佳概括为她所在群体记者的一个共有小特点。

“把自己所看到的任何一个事件，都放到全球格局、国家战略、经济形势、区域发展的大背景下，去认识、分析。”从业11年，从普通记者岗位逐渐走进策划统筹的角色，谢思佳对自己执业有明确要求。

2008年，震动全球的金融海啸夹杂着冲击与机会席卷而来，国际市场的巨震首先冲击到了广东，让粤企措手不及。作为广东省委机关报，南方日报的记者们整日往返工厂企业、行业组织、政府部门之间，希望用手中的笔忠实记录广东发生了什么、寻找出路。“印象中，这期间我们的团队几乎没有几天睡过好觉。”这批及时的报道成为党委、政府应对危机的重要依据。

在深入国情中了解国情。《北上粤商写信求助 政府出手打通最后一公里》中的建议当年被写进了广东省委、省政府扩大内需的《决定》。《珠三角服装企业转型升级考验周边承接体系》、《民企二次创业遭遇“弹簧门”》、《广东电商生态倒挂现象调查》等，都一定程度为政府部门制定政策提供了决策参考。在谢思佳看来，广东是经济大省，党报记者就是要做好政策的翻译者和推动者。

南方日报：你是如何为自己在记者行业中定位的？

谢思佳：记者就是“翻译官”，首要任务在于倾听，而不是叙述。再难懂、再专业的领域，受众都有权去知道、理解，我要做的事情，就是运用自己的情怀和技能把复杂事物简单化、专业事物通俗化，做好“联结”工作。

南方日报：是怎样的“联结”？

谢思佳：媒体扮演好联结、沟通的角色，让大家能够理性、成熟地互相理解，减少摩擦，让各方面的资源和力量联合起来，这就是建设的力量，且必须由媒体完成。所以，我们不仅要做拍砖者，更要做建设者，让大家正确理解广东、理解中国。比如，雷曼兄弟倒闭引发的金融危机，影响力和破坏力绝对不亚于大地震，所以说，经济报道看似没有现场，记者要有发现问题、研究问题的能力。

南方日报：当下很多人喜欢表达自己，你反而选择倾听，是否可以认为是这个职业赋予了您一些特质？

谢思佳：记者这个职业让我成长。在主流媒体工作，能帮助自己提升一些品质，比如倾听、理解和包容。这些品质是当前社会尤其需要的，我也非常欣赏，并且在不断努力完善。就好比南方日报已经60多岁了，就是要我具备60岁人的倾听功能。
