新疆托里打工者叶尔肯:民汉互译作品满足了我的需求

7月4日，“新疆民族文学原创和民汉互译作品工程”第三批扶持出版作品正在紧密筹备中。经过前两批的出版，新疆维吾尔自治区作家协会与自治区新闻出版局积累了丰富的经验。针对第三批扶持作品的出版，组委会完善环节、严格程序、确保质量，在挑选作品时更具针对性。在作家、翻译家的选择上，组委会也有针对性地扩大了这支队伍，让更多未曾参与其中的作家翻译家加入进来。目前，150多部原创作品正在进行审读，专家评审将从中选出45部作为扶持出版作品。而已经挑选出来的60部各民族经典作品已经进入翻译阶段。
新疆民族众多，各民族都有悠久的民间文学根基，都有承载着其光辉灿烂民族文化的文学作品，这些优秀的民族文化已经成为中华文学宝库中不可或缺的一笔珍贵财富。随着社会的发展和进步，新疆少数民族文学也面临着与国内甚至世界主流文学求同的需求，但由于民汉文学互译和交流滞后等原因，严重影响了新疆多民族文学发展的进程，无法实现新疆多民族文学的真正繁荣和发展。2011年，自治区党委、政府启动了“新疆民族文学原创和民汉互译作品工程”，自治区人民政府将每年拿出1000万元专项资金，其中500万元用于少数民族文学艺术作品原创，500万元用于民族语言文学和汉语言文学作品翻译。
2012年，第一批43部扶持出版作品问世。2013年2月，“新疆民族文学原创和民汉互译作品工程”第二批70部扶持出版作品与广大读者见面。如今，第三批扶持出版作品也处于紧锣密鼓地准备中。
这项工程的实施，对培育和发展“一体多元”的现代文化，引导文学创作，扶持和鼓励以少数民族作家原创作品为主的文学作品，加强各民族作家、作品的翻译和交流，大力弘扬各民族优秀文化，传承和提升区域特色文化，激扬以爱国主义为核心的民族精神和以改革创新为核心的时代精神，推动各民族和睦相处、和衷共济、和谐发展，共同建设美好家园也具有不可替代的积极作用。
由狄力木拉提·泰来提翻译成汉文的维吾尔族作家穆罕默德·巴格拉希的维吾尔文作品就是互译作品之一。狄力木拉提·泰来提告诉记者，穆罕默德·巴格拉希的作品对人性的探寻是非常值得“关注的，但是以前由于语言的障碍，只在维吾尔文读者和少数业内汉文读者中有知名度，这是很遗憾的。现在通过民汉互译作品，能让更多的汉文读者也体会到、了解到他的作品中表达的深意。”
在托里县托里镇打工的叶儿肯喜欢在业余时间去镇里文化室看书，摆在书架上的“新疆民族文学原创和民汉互译作品工程”哈萨克文图书他基本都看过来了，“我看不懂汉语但希望能读到经典的汉语小说，这些民汉互译作品满足了我的需求。”
按照自治区党委宣传部文艺处处长牛远峰的话说，这项工程一方面进一步继承和弘扬新疆各民族优秀文化，是扶持鼓励新疆本土少数民族作家、翻译家的扶持工程；另一方面也是一项将优秀作品及时介绍给新疆各少数民族读者，用精品力作覆盖全区学校、图书馆、乡村文化站室，为丰富和满足新疆各族人民精神文化需求而实施的一项重要民生工程。
