网络影视剧神秘翻译组揭底：字幕组坐收百万

8月3日报道 不少人都有在网络追看国外热播电视剧的经历。当我们在观看美剧《越狱》、《欲望都市》以及其他韩日剧时，经常会看到“某某字幕组翻译”的字样。在享受他们义务服务的同时，我们不禁会产生疑问：字幕组是些什么人？他们怎么生存？日前，记者接触到了重庆崽儿小福(化名)，他正是国内最具影响力的字幕制作组“风软”的创建人之一，他为我们揭开了字幕组的神秘面纱。

身份成谜：“福利”丰厚 危机四伏

学生、宅男宅女居多

小福介绍，如果为盗版商翻译一部电影，大概会有几百元到上千元的收入，而替字幕组干活，一毛钱也捞不着，“成员们都有自己正式的工作，字幕制作都是义务的，没有报酬”。

字幕组到底是些什么人组成呢？小福说，在这个圈子里，成员的真实身份一般都是属于机密，“或许是一名中国留学生、一个公司白领，甚至是唐人街上的家庭主妇。而唯一可以将他们联系起来的纽带就是网络和对国外电视剧的热爱”。不过，字幕组成员有些特征比较普遍，“他们一般都有大把空闲时间对着电脑，学生和宅男宅女居多。年龄大体是介于20岁到25岁之间，外语能力都非常好”。

虽然字幕组的成员都是义务劳动，但运作并不是免费的。仅租借服务器一项，一年就需要好几万元。据一位知情人士透露，其实有些字幕组的网络论坛背靠的是公司或垄断机构。这些论坛巨大的访问量获得了众多广告商的青睐，有的字幕组广告收入可达几百万元，且论坛也可以向公司提供压制的rmvb做成收费的视频点播。当然，这些钱一般的字幕组成员是分不到的。

“福利”丰厚：可获VIP下载账号

加入字幕组当然也有“福利”。曾在“人人影视”字幕组担任过组长的网友“洋芋丝”告诉记者，“只有进字幕组，才能得到一个VIP的国外服务器下载账号，可以无限制地下载观看国外影视剧，能最快地看得到最新的东西”。

另外一方面，成就感也是很多成员的动力。从大二就开始做字幕工作的“洋芋丝”说：“做字幕时，整个组员的ID都会打到片子前面，这种时候都有点小得意。以前和室友们一起看美剧，大家就会特别留意我做的那个部分，看到翻译得出彩，还提出来一起讨论。我也会把我做的影视剧传给女朋友看。”小福透露，字幕组中曾有个女生，知道她爸爸特别爱看美剧《犯罪现场调查》，就在片子开头写上了自己的真实姓名让父亲看到，说这是送给父亲最好的礼物。

危机四伏：随时可能消失

关于版权问题，一直是字幕组越不过的一个坎。为了规避版权纠纷，字幕组一般都会在片子开头打上：“翻译作品仅供参考，不得传播。请下载后24小时之内删除”。小福无奈地说：“虽然字幕组是秉着资源共享的精神在做，却无形中给盗版商带来了极大的便利。”

其实，字幕组更为担心的是BT下载被封杀，因为一旦被封杀，他们就会彻底失去生存的平台。“洋芋丝”透露：“我们的一言一行都被广电总局盯得死死的，一般每隔两三个月，广电总局就会向各大字幕组发一次文，要求我们严格控制影视作品的质量，避免低俗和一些敏感题材的作品。因此每次发文，都会有一些字幕组被禁。”

比考英语8级还难

小福说，很多人来应征的时候，都会大言不惭地说，“我看了你们的翻译，水平太烂了”，而实际让他们操作起来的时候，他们翻出来的东西更加不能看。虽然初试只是给你一段视频让你听译，但是很多过了英语专业8级的人也不见得能通过考核。

字幕组之间水火不容

据小福介绍，现在国内有四大主流字幕组，“伊甸园”、“风软”、“人人影视”和“破烂熊”，每家都有自己的特色，也吸引了各自的粉丝群体，“不过字幕组之间的关系却是水火不容的，随时都在和对方玩心理战术，要去对方的团队里挖人，同时也要防止自己被别人挖墙脚。”

一周发布60集美剧

字幕的制作流程非常的复杂，小福向记者介绍，“在‘风软’有500名字幕制作人员，共有10位组长负责管理制作不同类别的电视剧，而最忙碌的时候一个小组的制作组员会高达150名，这些组员也有各自的分工，搬运片源、调整时间轴、翻译字幕、校对、压片发布。在美剧高峰期，我们每周就会发布60集。”

对于字幕的制作时间，小福表示，“一般来说是7天发布一集，不过对于特别热播的剧集，比如《越狱》，我们则要与别人抢时间，要求当天就破解发布。”
