如何评价贾秀琰的字幕翻译？

這是一種愚民的翻譯方式。看外語片，就是要瞭解跟本國語言不一樣的世界。就是要知道中國有大衆點評網，美國有 Yelp，中國有人人網，美國有 Facebook，中國不是宇宙的一切。
翻譯的使命是把人們沒有能力看到的世界展示給他們看，把 Twitter 翻譯成「新浪微博」這種媚俗譯法，等於在向觀衆說：請不要關心外面的世界了，在自己的一畝三分地玩玩就挺好。
有這種翻譯觀的人，幾乎可以 100% 推知，她的外文能力是不合格的。

贾秀琰的字幕翻译是很坏的示例。这可以从两个方面来说：
一，是所有人都会有的错译，她似乎比正常比例还高一些，这且不论。
二，是她自作聪明，让很多人深恶痛绝的「接地气」翻译。
一般情况下，电影是提供给观众一个梦的世界，让观众全身心地沉浸在这个无缝缝合的天地中，任何多余的干扰都是错误的。好的字幕，应该帮助观众投入到电影创造的那个世界中去，而不是让观众突然从故事中跳出来，意识到这里是字幕翻译的「高明」发挥，她如何对原台词作了绝妙的本土化处理——即使观众在那当口因为非常错愕笑了两下，也不能证明这种翻译是「有效的」。
更何况，她热衷使用的是网络上烂大街的各种流行用语，更让人味同嚼蜡。在另外一个问题的回答中，【哪个或哪些网络用语最让人反感？】 我说我几乎反感一切网络流行用语，所以她的做法对我来说加倍讨厌。

由于在《黑衣人3》字幕中令人瞠目结舌的表现，以及事后极端恶劣的讨论态度，贾“翻译”在宅文化圈子里的声望已经是仇恨0/36000了。贾“翻译”的字幕翻译存在三个主要问题：
1. 英文功底太差，导致很多语义理解错误。
2. 作为翻译，涉猎太窄，又缺乏刨根问底的精神，导致亚文化语境下的隐性内容在翻译后缺失。
3. 归化和异化的尺度拿捏上有问题。
问题1和2是基本功太差，只能靠多练多学，慢慢提高。问题3是翻译界由来已久的老争议，有商榷的空间。《黑衣人3》上映后，字幕引发了巨大争议，而传统媒体的讨论大半是“翻译该不该本地化”，这其实在讨论问题3，而没有涉及问题1和2，我认为这模糊了问题的焦点——我的观点是，在保留了原文意思和特定语境下的“梗”的前提下，一定程度的归化也不是不可以接受，但完全脱离了本意去硬凑，这不叫翻译，叫“空耳”。
