“哈利波特”译者揭翻译界乱象：抄译家、虚拟译者

以“哈利·波特”译者之一为读者熟知的翻译家马爱农，昨天宣布已将新世界出版社、中国妇女出版社诉至北京市朝阳区人民法院，日前法院已立案受理。前者将一系列非马爱农译书因署名“马爱侬”使其烦扰不已，后者出版的图书与马爱农的译文相同文字超过90%。人文社外国文学编辑室主任欧阳韬表示，这两个案件只是该社外国文学作品被侵权的冰山一角，现在翻译界“中译中”、“抄译家”、“虚拟译者”等乱象频发。

马爱农称，此次通过法律手段维权，是对翻译界的种种侵权乱象义愤已久。据介绍，新世界出版社出版的署名“马爱侬”编译的外国文学名著，包括：《爱的教育》、《捣蛋鬼日记》、《男孩彭罗德的烦恼》、《绿山墙的安妮》、《金银岛》、《汤姆·索亚历险记》、《哈克贝利点费恩历险记》等一系列书籍，使一些人误以为马爱农是该系列书籍的翻译者。马爱农的律师张中辉表示，将从不正当竞争的角度进行维权，要求停止出版发行、停止销售、赔偿马爱农经济损失50万元等。对此一位不愿具名的出版策划方人士表示，该书署名可以为笔名，并且与马爱农名字不完全相同，不认为是不正当竞争。

而中国妇女出版社出版的蒙哥马利所著、署名周黎所译的小说《绿山墙的安妮》，经认真比对发现小说只是将她所译的人文版该书个别字词稍加改动。相同的文字超过90%，不同之处在于该版对人文版小说个别字词进行了更换、增删。马爱农方要求停止出版发行、停止销售、赔偿马爱农共计33万余元等。

据了解，近年来，翻译界乱象丛生，比如冒出了“一人通晓世界各国语言、一人翻译数十本世界名著”的“翻译大家”。据报道，“最牛翻译宋瑞芬”，一人通晓多国语言，此人名字为书商杜撰出来，其译作大部分为抄袭。再如著名的“李斯”。欧阳韬表示，一些不法书商雇用写手，在已有译本上改动个别字句，调整一下句式结构，很快就能炮制出动辄数十本的外国文学名著“新译本”，然后以低廉的价格大行其道。不明真相的读者常常被这些装帧堂皇的“中译中译本”欺骗。翻译图书市场上甚至出现了“劣币驱逐良币”的现象。很多翻译家及其家属义愤填膺，但往往没有时间精力或不屑于和这些蝇营狗苟的偷盗之徒纠缠。因为调查、取证、诉讼等，皆耗时费力。人文社号召读者一起抓“李鬼”，他们将通过官方微博、豆瓣等渠道，将被侵权的案例及文字比对、相关书目发布出去，希望读者提供线索。据介绍，两案件将于8月6日在朝阳区人民法院开庭审理。
