沈阳“青年大街”3种英语翻译形式让人摸不着头脑

青年大街3种翻译形式看着发蒙沈阳“青年大街”的拼写形式出现了三种：机场高速上是“QingNian STR”；出了高速收费口，交通指示牌上写着“QINGNIAN AVENUE”；街边的路牌则是写成汉语拼音“QINGNIAN DAJIE”。
用3种拼写方式对照一条城市主干线，沈阳人看不明白，外国人看着也发晕。
交通指示牌和路牌不一致
在青年大街上，每一个路口都有一个地名牌和一个交通指示牌，而且这两个牌子离得不到五米远，但中文下方的两种翻译却不同。
不仅在青年大街上存在这种情况，其他街路也是一样。联合路与北海街交叉路口，联合路的指示牌与路牌分别写成“LIANHE ROAD”和“LIANHE LU”，北海街的指示牌与路牌分别写成“BEIHAI STREET”和“BEIHAI JIE”。
三部门都说自己没错
三种不同路牌分属不同部门管理，市区内街边的路牌归民政部门管理；市区道路空中蓝色的指示牌归交警部门管理；高速公路上的指示标志由省交通厅高速建设部门管理。
沈阳市民政局区划地名处崔副处长表示：今年5月份，沈阳市新安装了2000个路牌，东西方向的路为蓝色，南北方向的街为绿色，是严格按照民政部《地名标志国家标准（GB17733-2008）》执行的。这一点没有错，所有路牌的设立安装都是经过政府审核批准的。该标准要求，汉字使用黑体字，各地地名的罗马字母拼写，都是以国家公布的“汉语拼音方案”作为统一规范。
沈阳市交警设施大队表示：目前沈阳街路用的交通指示牌都是双语的，而且都是经过专业的资质翻译公司翻译的，再通过专门的设计单位进行制作的，并且翻译的英语都是国际通用的。
省交通厅一位工作人员表示：现在高速公路指路标志执行标准是根据《道路交通标志和标线》 （GB5678-1999）制作的，该标准对高速公路要求，涉及到地名的用拼音注写，涉及的专业词语的用英语注写，服务区、收费站等标志需要用英语来注写。
市民看到不同翻译直摇头
业内人士姜先生表示，指路标志的不同是由于执行的标准不一致造成的。市内的街路牌，选择用汉语拼音拼写，这样有利于未成年人，利于全民大众。而高速公路和市区道路的交通指示牌用英文，更用利于成年人或者是外国人的驾车出行。
市民李先生站在青年大街地铁口旁，对两个拼写不同的路牌和指示牌直摇头，“这个不应该，AVENUE这个单词挺多人不认识啊，能正确读出来的人可能更少。市府大路也用AVENUE这个单词，我觉得不太合适。记得我学英语时，AVENUE是指南北走向的大街。STREET这个词，学过英语的人基本都认识。还是统一一下更好吧！”
