看美剧看NBA听说唱歌曲 当上球队翻译

小伙伴，看美剧，有机会把英语学好。小伙伴，没有考上大学，也能当上英文翻译。只要你相信你能做好一件事，那么，一定能“杀”出一条血路。李童就是典型的例子。

这小兄弟没读过大学，高中毕业后在快餐店打工，但人家喜欢英语，口语说得相当顺溜，最终应聘成为篮球队翻译，颇受戈尔和队员喜爱。更强大的是，李童学英语基本全靠看美剧、看英文网站、听HIIP-HOP（说唱歌曲）。

这个24岁的山东大男孩，目前任职CBA东莞新世纪队专职翻译。赛场上，那个跟在主帅戈尔后面大吼大叫的就是他。

熊孩子的梦想

从传统意义上讲，小时候的李童和许多“熊孩子”一样，不好好学习，平时基本把课余时间用在打篮球和看NBA了。好在这家伙从小有梦想，并从未放弃。

第一个梦想是留学。为了来点刺激，李童他爸在儿子读初中那会承诺：“我们家有亲戚在美国，只要你好好读书，长大了就送你去留学。”李童一想，这不就等于有NBA看么？！于是从此，热爱英语的万千学子中，多了一个叫李童的孩子。

李童的第二个梦想是成为一名说唱歌手。他迷上英语的时候就爱上了听HIP-HOP。李童每天把那绕口难懂的英文说唱歌曲听得乐呵乐呵，也萌发了成为说唱歌手的念头，这给了李童更大的动力。

从那时起，李童除了疯狂翻看英文辞典外，还认真“学习”了《新华字典》好几遍。“一是想成为中文说唱歌手；二是因为李阳（疯狂英语创始人）说过，你的母语程度决定你的第二语言程度。”也许因为这个缘故，李童说中文时也会略微夹带着英语的腔调，而且说话时肢体语言非常丰富。

至于第三个梦想，其实也跟学英语有关。李童学英语，基本就靠听歌、看电影、看美剧和看外文网站，高三时，他的成绩除了英语经常名列前茅之外，其他科目寒碜得都不好意思拿出来说。他听说“艺术生的高考分数低一些”，心想自己看了那么多电影，或许可以当个导演。就这样，他去考了北京电影学院，虽然过了第一轮，最终还是差了点。

当上球队翻译

没考上北影的李童，失去了成为赵薇和黄晓明师弟的机会。没办法，他去了快餐店打工。

“我表哥给我头脑风暴了一番，他觉得我应该努力去找与自己的特长和兴趣相结合的工作。我想了想，英语+篮球，那么就是球队翻译了！那时候我看的都是NBA，也在网上看到了一些训练营需要翻译，我由此就想到了，CBA有那么多队伍，或许他们需要翻译。”李童说。

缘分在2011年7月的某一天，到了！

那一天，如往常一样，李童在微博上“海搜”与球队翻译有关的信息，他突然看到东莞篮球学校的官方微博更新了，“上面的内容大概是”篮球学校也需要好翻译”之类的。”李童说。顺着这么一个信息，李童给东莞篮球学校发了私信。

效率高得惊人。“当天中午1点钟，东莞篮球学校打电话给我了解基本情况；当天下午六点钟，篮球学校就为我订了机票，让我第二天到东莞面试。”说这话时，李童瞪大了双眼，似乎到现在还觉得有些不可思议。

面试官是自己的偶像郑诚（前中国男篮翻译、前东莞新世纪助理教练），随着对方的一个点头，李童光荣又带点奇迹色彩地上岗了！

找到自身价值

没有任何过渡期，李童在篮球学校待了三天后，直接就被送到了新世纪篮球俱乐部，又过了三天，他真枪实弹地上阵了！

“那是一场队内训练赛，我翻译下来了，没出什么错，回头感觉自己流了一身汗。”想起自己的第一次翻译，李童至今仍记忆犹新。李童说，各种专业的篮球术语对他来说并不是大考验，“那些东西，其实你永远都学不完。戈尔的专业知识非常丰富，他经常会有新的东西教给大家，这对我来说也是（关于篮球专业术语）一个学习过程。”

那么，什么对李童才是考验呢？骂人！球迷都知道，戈尔是个激情四射的教练，有时候在训练中总免不了吼上几句，“一开始，戈尔训球员的时候，我就不敢翻译！你要知道，站在你面前的，是那些你以前在电视里看到的球星，怎么好意思对着他们开骂？！”

不敢骂？那怎么办？李童开始美化戈尔的“脏话”，但戈尔很快就嗅到了不对劲，“他会冲着我发脾气，说你好好给我翻译！”李童耸耸肩说，“后来，我也不管了！直接翻，直接开骂！”

很多人都爱开玩笑说，李童是翻译里球打得最好的。这个小伙子，跟着球员一起练力量，跟着戈尔一起打篮球。李童说他经常把自己当成一名职业球员，“我就是球队的一分子，不过我是那种没办法上场打球的一分子。但我也希望通过我的态度，影响和鼓励球员们，当他们坚持不住时拍拍他们肩膀给予鼓励，可能他们会在某一瞬间觉得”连翻译都这么认真在练力量，我有什么理由不好好训练呢”，那么我做的这些，就有意义了。”

带着这份心情，李童在新世纪球队内人缘极佳，他说在这里，他终于找到了自己的价值。
