大学生开翻译公司 4个月赚10万

10月1日清晨的武汉体育学院格外清静，学生们早已拖着行李箱回家过节了，而90后学生曾子轩却早早地赶到了位于武汉体育学院奥星苑404的办公室，开始了他一天忙碌而紧张的工作。

瘦瘦高高，戴着一副眼镜，整个人看起来很精神。自己创业开公司，4个月就将10万元成本赚回，他的下一个目标是转型成为专业体育翻译公司。

起步

兼职翻译两年，赚钱开公司

曾子轩出身于湖南一个普通家庭。从小对英语特别感兴趣的他，初中便开始阅读原版英文读物，大学也顺理成章选择了心仪的英语专业。大一开始，他就现学现卖，利用课余时间当起了“兼职翻译”。两年半的时间，赚了6万元。今年年初，他萌发了创业的想法。5月中旬，他用兼职赚来的6万元和向家里借的4万元注册了一个翻译公司，并开通网站正式挂牌营业。

“今天是节日第一天，还没来得及跟家人发祝福短信。”1日，当记者采访他时，他一边嚼着面包，一边清理桌面上的翻译材料。由于任务量太大，他从头天晚上工作到第二天凌晨两点。小曾称除了工作，他还在继续学习同声传译，每天的睡眠时间不足6小时。

经营

为揽回头客，“吃着亏”咬牙翻译

由于公司仍处于起步阶段，对曾子轩这个刚创业的学生老板来说，资金和客源成了最大的困难。“公司现有4个专职译审，每人每月基本工资3000元，再加1个兼职翻译，光员工的工资就是一笔不小的开销。”小曾说，这一行竞争激烈，公司为了生存，从不挑业务大小，只要是翻译的活儿都接，大到一两万字的竞标书，小到一两百字的论文摘要，他们都很乐意去做。

“有些客户知道我是学生，故意压低价格。像竞标书、公司年报这些专业性强、难度大的材料，市场价是1000字收费500元左右，而有些客户却给我们压低到300元。”小曾摇着头，一边用计算器算着价格一边告诉记者，公司刚起步，最重要的是扩大公司的客源和影响力，很多时候都是不得不“吃着亏”咬牙翻译，在创业初期重要的是把质量做好，以积累更多的回头客。

突围

校内高薪招聘，做专业翻译公司

今年6月在武汉举办的东亚空手道锦标赛，让苦苦支撑经营的小曾挖到了公司的第一桶金，还找到了公司日后的发展方向。“很偶然，在网上看到大赛组委会招募大量翻译服务人才，我就拿着公司的材料去找组委会谈判。”小曾说，最终获得大赛语言翻译服务承办权。3天时间，他为公司创造了3万元的收益。此后，除了承接一些散户的“零碎稿”外，小曾主要瞄准大型赛事的语言服务这块大“蛋糕”。4个月下来，他将10万元成本赚回。

“我的下一步计划是，将公司打造成专业的体育翻译公司。”小曾说，目前他已开始着手在自己学校内进行高新招聘，通过后期培训将公司打造成华中地区专业的体育赛事翻译团队。他认为，目前市场竞争很大，只有利用自身的专业才能成功突围，将普通大众化的翻译公司转型成专业的体育赛事翻译公司，形成自己独特的优势与核心竞争力，前景将会非常好。
