韩国语、朝鲜语、中国朝鲜族语三者之间差别有多大？

这个可以这么理解。
香港人说普通话（喜欢带英语）–韩语
普通话（标准发音） —朝鲜语
东北人普通话（地方单词较多）— 中国朝鲜族

三者可以互相当做方言来看，使用的文字一样，口音不一样。
语气方面：
韩语偏柔和嗲，类似大陆人听台湾人讲国语的感觉。
朝鲜语偏硬朗，类似台湾人听大陆人讲普通话的感觉。
中国的朝鲜族说的语言不尽相同。大致上分成两类：
延边地区的朝鲜族语与朝鲜语相似，偏硬朗。
黑龙江地区和其他一些地区的朝鲜族语与韩国语相似，偏柔。
外来语使用方面：
首先作为汉语文化圈的一员，三者都会涉及大量的古汉语外来语，之后日治时期三者都传入了日语外来语。
二战后韩国由于美韩同盟及驻韩美军等因素，开始大量使用英语音译的词。
中国的朝鲜族在国内跟汉语一起生活产生了很多汉语音译的词。
朝鲜方面应该是外来语最少的了。
