“毒血旺”用英文怎么说？

近日一对夫妇因在猪血旺里添加甲醛出售而被判处有期徒刑一年。法官提醒，工业酒精兑制白酒、用不能饮用的污水兑制酱油、将石灰水掺进牛奶等行为都将触犯刑法。

A husband and wife in Chengdu, Sichuan province, were each sentenced to one year imprisonment and fined 20,000 yuan ($3,260) between them on Monday for producing and selling poisonous blood tofu, a Chinese delicacy, Chengdu Commercial Daily reported on Tuesday.

据成都商报周二报道，四川成都一对夫妇因生产和出售“毒血旺”，周一各被判处有期徒刑一年，罚款2万元（合3260美元）。

“毒血旺”就是加入有毒添加剂的血旺，英文表达是poisonous blood tofu。血旺也叫血豆腐，源自云南少数民族，为动物血加盐直接加热凝固而成的食品，常见的血旺为鸭血、鸡血、猪血制作而来。以血旺为原料烫煮而成的麻辣口味的毛血旺是一道巴蜀名菜。毛血旺可翻译成duck blood in chili sauce。

对于爱吃辣的人来说，川菜是生活中必不可少的一个组成部分，最常见的川菜有fish-flavored shredded pork（鱼香肉丝）、double-cooked pork slices（回锅肉）、fish filets in hot chili oil（水煮鱼）、mapo tofu（麻婆豆腐）等。不过去小餐馆吃水煮鱼要当心吃到gutter oil（地沟油）。
