长春大学生寻俄语翻译兼职被骗百元中介费

据长春电视台城市速递报道：2013年7月份，正在读大三的佟同学想在假期兼职翻译的工作，但是在与一家信息咨询中心签了合同并交了100元的服务费后，却没了消息。

佟同学是一名俄语专业的大三学生，2013年的7月份她在网上看到南关区学友信息咨询中心正在招聘兼职翻译，跟招聘单位取得联系后，7月7日佟同学就去面试了。佟同学说，当天接待她的是一名陈姓工作人员，在了解了相关的情况后，佟同学与其签订了合同，但是签合同时自己并没有仔细看，只知道合同期为一个月，信息咨询中心会在期限内给自己介绍工作。在签字后工作人员提出还需要交一百元的服务费，在交完钱后，工作人员告诉佟同学翻译公司会尽快发过来一份测试翻译水平的文稿，只要通过测试就可以正式做兼职翻译。

7月8日上午，佟同学的邮箱就收到了一封测试文稿，上面说明请于三日内翻译完毕并回复。据佟同学讲，因为文稿比较简单，她当天就对邮件进行了回复，但是在翻译完测试文稿后却一直没有收到任何回复。因为自己只知道这家翻译公司的邮箱，没有其他联系方式，她只能再联系学友信息咨询中心，佟同学被告知自己没有收到任何翻译文件是由于测试没有合格，而对于佟同学质疑为何没有在第一时间告知自己测试不合格的通知，信息咨询中心的答复是由于太忙没有对不合格的人进行一一回复。对于这个答复，佟同学很不满意，她认为学友信息咨询中心应该及时告诉她有没有通过测试，能否工作，现在她就想要回当初交的那一百元钱。

7月25日下午，记者和佟同学来到了位于卫星广场附近的星城国际大厦里的学友信息咨询中心，当初接待佟同学的陈姓工作人员表示，没能促成佟同学做兼职翻译，可能是佟同学在没有收到回复后没能马上与他们取得联系，而他们业务多也没顾得上给佟同学打电话，现在他们可以继续为佟同学推荐其他工作。对于之前佟同学的文稿是什么原因被退回、之前招聘翻译的公司的情况等，陈女士表示可以通过邮件的方式帮助联系咨询，但是不方便提供联系方式，而针对退款的事，陈女士表示她做不了主。半个小时后，一名姜经理回到办公室，他表示可以帮佟同学继续介绍工作，但服务费不能退。

在长春市工商行政管理局，记者查到了这家南关区学友信息咨询中心的资料，经营范围是人才信息、家庭教育信息、软件开发及技术咨询服务等，其中人才信息是指为求职者寻找、选择、介绍、安置工作，目前工商部门还没有接到过对该公司的投诉。对于佟同学要求退费的要求是否合理，记者咨询了吉林常春律师事务所宗丽娜律师，宗律师表示，公司收的这笔费用相当于一种中介服务费，如果公司没有按照当时的约定提供相应的服务或者其间存在欺诈的行为，那公司应该给佟同学退款，但是佟同学必须能够提供相应的证据证明公司没有提供服务或者存在欺诈行为，如果不能够举出相应证据或者中介公司已经提供了相应的服务，那么佟同学的退款要求就是不合理的。
