华西外语呼叫服务财富论坛

今日，华西都市报96111便民服务平台正式开通多语种外语专线，面向社会提供八大语种的线上翻译和各类咨询服务，10名外语坐席可以同时提供英语、法语、日语、德语、韩语、俄语、西班牙语及葡萄牙语服务。这也是西部首家能够同时提供八大语种服务的呼叫中心。

作为四川首个媒体城市便民服务平台，96111于2012年7月25日开通，开通运营初期就特别开设了英语坐席和韩语坐席。截至今年4月，已经为716位读者提供了外语咨询和翻译服务。

随着成都国际化程度的提高，更多的外国人到成都旅游、工作和商务洽谈，我们与外国人打交道的机会也越来越多，为了解决沟通障碍，华西都市报96111便民服务平台特推出八大语种的外语服务，为市民和外国人架起沟通的桥梁，让大家的交流“零距离”。

拨96111，路遇老外沟通不再难

今年4月8日下午，曾女士致电96111急求翻译，她在牛市口遇到一位外国人焦急地对着她问问题，并且一边不停地比划。曾女士完全听不懂，猜测对方应该是迷路了，她就非常想帮助他。曾女士情急之下拨通了96111说明了情况，并将电话递给这位外国友人。

外国友人与96111外语坐席沟通后，大家才明白，原来这位外国友人是在问附近哪儿有医院，他的朋友生病了。96111英语坐席迅速为他查询到附近医院及前往路线，并告知他，如果与医生沟通有障碍，还可以拨打96111，这位外国友人感激之余，不停夸赞说：“成都人真好！”

外语坐席，大多有留学及翻译经历

经过层层选拔，本报从众多报名者中选定了10名外语专家坐席。这些专家坐席大多有留学或者在国外工作的经历，都有着扎实的专业基础及丰厚的交传、同传等翻译经历。

例如，俄语坐席吴丹青，语言学硕士，毕业于俄罗斯国立普希金俄语学院语言学系。曾多次担任省市外办、贸促会大型会议活动现场口译，为众多省市领导会见国外使节和嘉宾现场翻译，多次陪同中亚国家经贸代表团等访问参观；

德语坐席朱至晶，硕士。在德国生活近十年，曾为四川国际旅游文化节官方德语翻译，成都市委、成都市博览局与德国慕尼黑国际博览集团总裁及随员考察合作项目官方德语翻译；

西班牙语坐席李佳蔓，毕业于哈瓦那大学。曾多次担任贸易谈判翻译，接待外贸团队考察。
从4月开始，华西都市报对所有的外语坐席进行了长达一个月的业务培训，例如成都的重要行政部门地址、成都出行线路、景点、常用的政策等，以解答来自各方面的咨询。

沟通无界，八大语种服务准备充分

6月6日至8日，2013财富全球论坛将在成都拉开帷幕，共同探索“中国的新未来”。届时，来自世界不同国家和地区的嘉宾将云集成都。即日起，96111便民服务平台向来蓉旅游、办事的外国友人，提供最快、最准确的咨询和翻译服务。96111专业的外语坐席将用流利的外语与你沟通，带你充分认识和了解一个别样的财富成都。

如出租车司机需要各种线上翻译时，只需拨打96111，就能得到专业翻译人员的帮助。翻译人员会直接通过电话询问乘客想去的地点，再转述给出租车司机，为外国友人和出租车司机提供方便快捷的翻译服务。
