美剧剧名翻译大盘点 乏味剧名吓跑观众

荧屏上各路国产剧热播，网上美剧也一直未冷，然而美剧在中国却也遭遇各不相同，不少在美国很牛的剧在中国失宠，究其原因，片名的汉化是重要因素。

上海电视节昨天公布“白玉兰”奖海外电视剧大奖获奖名单，金奖由热门美国剧《国土安全》摘取。这部剧在中国也有很多观众追捧，然而如果这部剧直接从字面意思翻译就是Homeland(祖国)，估计观众会认为这是部讲美国爱国题材的电视剧，那这样又能吸引多少人去看、去讨论呢？所以，名字，是一件很重要的事情，美剧的中文剧名直接影响了它在华语界的收视率。

翻译太直白不可取

如果《妙警贼探》直译为《白领》？

说美剧，绕不过《Friends》(直译为“朋友们”)这部播出十年的长青剧集，在片名翻译上各版本差异并不大，无外乎《六人行》或《老友记》。这也折射了目前国内美剧片名的两种译法：意译和直译。

从当下趋势来看，意译为主，再辅以关键词的片名，更容易叫人记住。

美剧的名字折射了欧美文化的特点。欧美观众常以简洁为审美标准，有时候经常直接用人名或者地名做片名，抑或是用较为幽默和双关的词语。比如这几年流行的剧集《Supernatural》、《White Collar》、《Fringe》、《Castle》，如果照直了翻译，就成了莫名其妙的《超自然》、《白领》、《边缘》、《城堡》，而事实上被中国人接受的翻译版本依次是《邪恶力量》、《妙警贼探》、《危机边缘》、《灵书妙探》，而《Smash(粉碎)》的中文名叫《名声大噪》，这样的剧名翻译既有一点点小剧透，又能够让目标收视人群一眼挑中，还能留下想象的空间，更有点文艺青年追求的意境。

乱翻译更会毁一部剧

《家有喜旺》？其实好看但名字好无趣

当然了，还有人是乱来的。

单看剧名《家有喜旺》你会不会想到郭晋安的TVB剧《阿旺正传》，而以为又是一个类似于阿Q一样的故事？其实这部剧讲的是美国小萝莉喜旺(Hope)有着这样怪诞的成长背景：一个23岁还未断奶的吊丝父亲；一个坐了电椅都能死里逃生的连环杀手母亲；一对无厘头又热心肠的年轻贫贱祖父母；一个随时随地可能痴呆的老祖母；一堆时不时表演脱线的怪邻居叔叔阿姨……

《家有喜旺》(Raising Hope(升起希望))如果不是这个“倒霉”的名字，这部剧至少应该成为另一部《生活大爆炸》(The Big Band Theroy )。你希望在美剧中看到的一切元素它都具备：拥有《南方公园》(South Park)中人至贱则无敌的态度，饱含如《摩登家庭》(Modern Family)那样对亲人、朋友、爱人的款款深情，充满像《无耻之徒》(Shameless)一般光怪陆离的角色与事件，节奏紧凑，结局逆转。若是有“最被严重忽略美剧奖”这一荣誉，此剧当之无愧。

其次，《老爸老妈浪漫史》(How I Met Your Mother)这样的翻译也让不少人误会这是一部讲述中老年人感情故事的电视剧，其实《老爸老妈浪漫史》以2030年Ted的口吻向儿女讲述了一个漫长的故事：这个故事起始于2005年，它以Ted寻找人生伴侣的恋爱故事、生活阅历等为主线，描述了他在此过程中人生价值观、亲情友情观、爱情观的变化……此剧不仅是一部幽默搞笑的情景喜剧，而且富含着许多人生哲理，同时掺杂着许多现实因素，比如失业、工作与理想的矛盾、失去亲人的痛苦与随后慢慢走向乐观的人生转变等，因此也不乏温情、感动与教育意义。

此外，《天堂执法者》这个剧名你会想到什么？会不会以为是科幻片，其实这是一部美国警匪片。

同是翻译，有不同地区版本

再看几个美剧在海峡两岸和香港的不同译名，会发现内地更习惯于直译，更尊重原剧片名所表达的态度。而香港地区翻译的片名往往是抛开英文片名的语法，直接另想一个片名，看上去似乎更有“技巧”。而台湾地区版的剧名更显得无厘头一些。

美剧除了有很多美剧字幕组在翻译，在网上也有不少网友自己随口翻译的剧名。近来就有网友说：“追的剧更新了！”跟帖者问：“是哪部？”网友回答“《欢乐蹦蹦跳》”……结果发现，那部剧是《Glee》，又名《欢乐合唱团》。现在美剧名也有这样的山寨版了。

到底网上那些美剧名是谁来定的呢？

昨日记者致电百视通新媒体，他们引进了很多美剧，工作人员崔小姐告诉记者，“版权引进的时候是英文的，编辑会根据网上惯常的叫法来定中文名字，大多数时候都会跟网上的名字一样。”

崔小姐表示，这些剧名会根据网上流传度最广的一种称呼来作官方命名。
