铁道工变身“洋翻译”　为家人海归男甘当“螺丝钉”

新华网哈尔滨８月１７日电（记者王君宝）“能做同声传译，拥有ＭＢＡ学历，参与多部影视作品制作，曾任丰田公司上海总部的管理者。”在日本留学８年的王文忠细数着自己的履历，而现在，他身着普通工装成为哈尔滨铁路分局哈尔滨工务段的一名普通道口工人。
铁道工变身“洋翻译”
在哈铁哈尔滨工务段办公楼里，４０岁的王文忠看起来与普通的铁道工人并无两样，挥舞指挥旗在铁道旁调度过往火车，是他每日的本职工作。若不是看到电视剧尾声翻译一栏的“王文忠”三字，你很难想象眼前的这位道口工还是一位影视工作者。
“我刚独立翻译完一部３０集的抗日电视剧，还为剧中日本人的角色配过音。”谈起翻译工作王文忠兴致勃勃。据他介绍，年轻时作为文艺兵还曾参与过《大决战》《火云传奇》等影视作品的制作，“那时候还和林青霞一个剧组呢！”
道口工的“洋翻译”身份让身边很多同事惊讶不已。“电视上那个王文忠是你么，真是你啊！”所翻译的影视剧登上荧幕后，很多同事和领导都不敢相信“车间里有这么一位能人”。“为此这事儿还上了单位的网站”。王文忠说。
海归ＭＢＡ脱下西装穿工装
从铁道工变身“洋翻译”，反差巨大的两种生活源于王文忠１５年前的一个决定。
１９９８年，退伍后从事火车涂油工作两年的王文忠借由单位劳务派遣的机会，决定自费留学日本。这一走，便是八年。期间他不仅攻读了本科硕士课程，还同时拿到了ＭＢＡ学位及日本语能力认定一级证书。２００６年，他学成回国，先后在上海丰田公司担任管理部部长、北京日立公司高级经理的职务，月薪近三万。
日子虽衣食无忧，但对于家人的想念与责任却让这个高级管理人才萌生了回家的念头。
王文忠坦言，在外漂泊十几年，自己一直没有好好照顾家人，虽然自己有条件安排妻儿老小在北京扎根，但巨大的环境变动以及随之而来的生活压力，还是让王文忠略显无奈，“那时候正逢与单位的外劳合同到期，对于家庭的责任感支持我做出回到铁路、回到家人身边的决定。”
“螺丝钉”也有大志向
脱下西装，举起指挥旗，从月薪数万到风吹日晒下４０００元的工资，“ＭＢＡ”职业生涯的“急转弯”让亲友同事质疑连连。
“他们认为我干不了，不应该回来，可多年的求学经历让我明白事无大小的道理，即使是一颗螺丝钉，也能影响整条铁路、整列火车的安全，也要一丝不苟。最关键的其实还是心态。”但王文忠同时坦言，虽然身为道口工，自己仍希望能凭借所学在单位从事更高级别的管理工作，发挥自己的专长。
“去年战友正在筹拍这部电视剧，知道我日语不错就让我试一试，没想到我的翻译一下子就通过了。现在我业余时间为日本题材影视剧担任拍摄顾问。”面对工作内容与自身储备上的巨大差异，王文忠感到道口工这个“老本行”无法令其学以致用，于是他选择在业余时间发挥日语方面的所学。
在得知王文忠的经历后，哈尔滨工务段也在去年将其借调到人事科帮忙。“虽然身份未变，但总算能在一定程度上发挥所学。若今后能在铁路对日工作上继续有所发挥，就最好了。”谈到下一步打算王文忠说。
作为铁路系统的后勤保障，工务段的工作常被忽略。“道口工是后勤的后勤，每一份工作都牵扯到行车安全。铁路是我职业开始的地方，而今学成归来我相信凭借自己的能力也能让小工作发挥大效用。”王文忠说。
