既然原文就是粗口，我就也提供一个尽量「信」且「达」但必须不「雅」的翻译吧（好羞射……）

「What the fuck?」是「What the fuck is it/this?」的口语缩略。看起来打了问号，但其实是惊叹句的用法，无需回答。所以，在题主给的 Urban Dictionary 的例子中，人们通常会加上惊叹号「What the fuck!?」，但从语法角度，是应该只用问号的。

「What the fuck is it/this?」等于「What the hell is it/this?」等于「What on earth is it/this?」。

上面三句，粗俗和强烈程度从强到弱依次递减。

它们都是「What is it/this?」情绪更强烈的形式。
