韩语有声调吗？

在现代韩语中是没有声调的。但在近代韩语之前是有声调的。
中世韩语（10世纪中叶到16世纪末）通过在字的左侧点“旁点”来标注声调。没有旁点时是平声，有一个点时是去声，有两个点时是上声。例如“꽃”是平声，“·풀”是去声，声音较高，“：별”是上声 ，发音时先高后低。声调从16世纪中叶开始逐渐消失，16世纪后期的文献中已经开始不标注旁点了，到16世纪末声调已经消失，平声与去声发成短音，上声则发成长音。但是，在一些地区声调并没有完全消失，在庆尚道与咸镜道的方言中至今还保留着部分声调。
