哪里可以找到优质的英文翻中文译者？

问题：个人感觉商业信息类的翻译比较容易找到好译者。
小说类的很难，哪里可以高效找到靠谱译者？
译言网招募的译者如何？

翻译里有个说法叫对等翻译，文学作品的译者最好也是个文学家，这样翻译出来的东西才更像文学作品。这就需要译者学贯中西，精通中西文字。而真正能做到这一点的，可以说寥寥无几。当代中国那些作家大都是上山下乡的一代，英语都未必看得懂，更谈不上翻译了。
小说属于文学翻译，文学翻译依附于文学，现在文学都养活不了人，文学翻译更养活不了人，这样一来怎么会有人做呢？ 你比较一下，翻译商业资讯和翻译小说的付出与回报，就知道为啥找不到了。一部20万字的小说，如果精益求精，一年肯定翻不完。就算千字百元，也就是2万块钱，一年挣2万，呵呵呵呵。
译言是提供中文之外的资讯的，并不是搞翻译的，但也有不少高水平的翻译。建议去看看译言古登堡计划，里面应该有翻译小说的高手。
至于楼上说的译网情深、翻译论坛，里面都是专职翻译，都是翻商业文件、论文、合同之类的，不适合翻小说。
还可以去大学里碰碰运气，说不定真遇到个热爱翻译的人，肯掏苦力，不计报酬。

从中文好的人中找英文好的，而不是反之。

译言网有很多高手呀！首页不间断的有图书试译活动(大部分都是小说，前阵子还有JOBS的自传)，而【译言名人堂】【用户推荐译文】栏目也是寻找好译者的窗口。除此以外，可以看看聚合翻译项目，项目发起人以及参译者都是值得关注的哦。
另外特别要提到”签约译者”。

签约译者是译言用户的一种身份，代表与译言有紧密的合作关系。

只有签约译者可以获得流量分成回报。

签约译者的权利：
所发译文中优秀者，可获得流量奖励
优先参与译言组织的外包翻译、图书翻译、有奖征稿等有偿翻译活动
优先成为译言官方项目的带薪兼职管理员
同等条件下，优先选用签约译者的优秀译文推荐给客户
签约译者的义务：
每月至少在译言网发布两篇译文，单篇不少于1000字
当月RP值>100，即保持蓝色或红色博士帽状态
提供真实、详细、准确的个人资料，便于译言为译者建档积极参与译言网组织的各项翻译活动和有偿翻译工作

所以“签约译者”可以说在翻译经验以及翻译评价上都比较有优势。

补充：
各个翻译网站都有好有坏，翻译作品也是一样。就像下面这位知友说的一样，可能那部《乔布斯传》翻译得并不理想。但除开译者本身的能力外，出版商(或其他方面)为了赶上话题，为了炒作可能会缩短翻译工期，使得译者没有足够的时间审稿、修改。我想说的是，一部作品翻译的好坏绝不仅仅是译者的问题，这一点在畅销书、炒作书上尤其明显。当然，请不要误解成我为无能译者开脱。

以前的时候，我也很爱翻译。尤其是找一些文绉绉的、有内心戏的、偏心灵内的文章。自己翻着那叫一个开心啊。从此自觉翻译好拽，甚至幻想八十岁的时候还在戴着现在的眼镜，对着电脑翻译，然后一杯水在旁边。。。。。因为那是一种表达。
于是乎我进了一家翻译公司，妈呀，这简直就是白纸一张啊，平淡无味，毫无意义，整天对着标点空格想我的前途，想我的命运。心里那叫一个急。
自我感觉翻译不适合当做正儿八经的工作来看待。因为你有你的风格，而你的风格可能不是别人所能接受的，而你也不可能去改变自己。这本来就是一个人自我发挥的事。它闲散，又集中，无形的手臂它挥来挥去但始终都是绕着一根轴。
为了赚钱而去做翻译，那真是浪费时间的说。曾经一个同学就说，咱不做这事。哗啦啦的几千字，换来的就TM那一捏捏。我想这不是傻了就是呆了，还不如自个翻着玩，你那俩银子，俺还是不要了。
呵呵，写完了，才发现好像有点不礼貌，还是不要显名的好了，毕竟，伤不起啊
