虽然是说音乐的，但是这里想多事来插句话，说下跳舞的groove。
看了上面几位朋友回答，首先说下groove严格来说不是 律动的意思，律动 （或说 up down）应该用 rhythm&rhyme，这个说法比较繁琐但是更准确，在Japan-dance style 中出现过，应该是权威的说法。补个问题如何掌握 poppin 的律动？有没有教学视频？
groove有更专属的叫法，应该叫“切拍”更合适。你可以用up-down表现出音乐，同时可以用 stop -go 表现出音乐，等等太多了，总之别人感觉到你是个活人在跳舞， 就有groove的感觉。律动只能算是 groove的子集。
其实groove这个词本身就很好，中文很难找到一次直接对应的，个人觉得@朱佳祺 的带感说的很对，其实就是带感，律动说的相对狭窄了，我不用太明显的律动也可以很带感啊。

抛开街舞和其他方面来谈的话，groove用来形容音乐的质感，这种音乐的特点是情感化，节奏稳定，配器平滑饱满。主要体现在funk、soul、jazz、disco，嘻哈因为有很多采样来源于以上几种，所以也会有groove的感觉，其余的像当代R&B以及neo-soul也都有很明显的体现。衍生词为groovy。六七十年代黑人音乐最出名的那几个厂牌都有很多作品是符合这个符号的，比如motown、stax等。

groove其实就是两个字“带感”
就是你听一首歌听到动情处，觉得一个乐句特别特别吸引你，让你觉得投入/感动/激动/etc.. 你就会说：“挺带感么！”

就这个意思。
