“同业拆借利率”用英文怎么说？

临近春节，各商业银行出现“钱荒”，导致银行间同业拆借利率陡增，为了防范金融风险，央行向商业银行提供紧急资金支持。

Bankers and analysts say the PBOC is attempting to strike a balance by guiding interbank interest rates steadily higher to reduce excess credit growth, while avoiding an acute credit crunch that could spark panic and choke off financing to the real economy.

银行家和分析师称，中国人民银行正试图引导同业拆借利率稳步上升，抑制信贷过度增长，进而保持平衡，避免出现严重的信贷紧缩。严重的信贷紧缩会引发恐慌情绪，从而阻断实体经济的融资来源。

上文中的interbank interest rates就是“同业拆借利率”，同业拆借是指金融机构之间进行的无担保短期资金融通行为。节前各银行的资金出现紧张，因而银行间短期借款的利率才会节节 攀升。为了防范利率快速上升引发的金融风险，央行向各商业银行提供emergency funding support（紧急资金支持）。央行称周二还将对银行系统inject further cash（注入更多资金）。

去年六月份银行业也出现过一次严重的cash crunch（现金短缺），并传出关于interbank defaults（同业拆借违约）的谣言，从而引发市场上的恐慌情绪。
