“抄袭”用英文怎么说？

继4月15日，琼瑶向广电总局举报于正抄袭其作品《梅花烙》后，28日下午，她再度发出媒体声明函，宣布已经正式委托专业律师控告《宫锁连城》侵权方，将正式启动法律程序追究侵权方的法律责任。

台湾著名言情小说作家琼瑶周一表示，对于大陆编剧于正抄袭其作品的行为已启动法律程序追究责任。

抄袭

凡是跟侵权以及学术不端行为（academic misconduct）相关的“抄袭”在英文中一律用plagiarism表示，其动词形式为plagiarize，如，plagiarize other’s work（剽窃、抄袭他人的作品）。个人履历中的“学历造假”则可用fabricate academic credential来表示。

说到抄袭，我们自然会想到近几年热议的“山寨”，市场上卖的“山寨名牌”可以用knockoff或者copycat表示，比如，that so-called new product was just a copycat of their rival’s latest product（那个所谓的新产品只不过是山寨了对手的新品而已）。
