藏文版科学健身宣传手册翻译完成将免费发放

新华网拉萨４月２４日体育专电（记者王昀加）记者２４日从西藏自治区体育科研所获悉，为引导当地群众、尤其是藏族群众进行科学健身，藏文版《“科学健身　全民健康”科普宣传手册》已于４月翻译、印制完成，并将免费发放，以便民众从中获得体育锻炼的知识。

据西藏体育科研所副所长李卫东介绍，手册主要介绍了科学健康的运动方式，比如如何进行柔韧性练习，如何提升耐力水平，运动损伤的不同情况及运动后不良反应的预防和处理；介绍了科学健身的好处和意义、健康的定义、维持健康的“四大基石”以及搭建平衡膳食结构的方法，并呼吁民众戒烟限酒。

此外，手册还花一定篇幅关注很多民众、尤其是爱美女性十分重视的减肥话题，介绍了合理减肥的方法以及一些减肥的误区。

李卫东说，为了让西藏的体育爱好者获得体育锻炼的参考资料，西藏体育科研所于去年将全国体育总局编制的“科学健身　全民健康”宣传展板内容改编为手册，并借全国法制宣传日活动向群众免费发放，获得好评，２００本手册很快分发一空。

由于当时的手册只有汉文版，且数量有限，为满足藏族民众的需求，西藏体育部门决定将手册翻译成藏文，并邀请西藏教材编译局等部门参与翻译工作，以保证内容质量。

据介绍，在进行藏文翻译的同时，体育科研所也对汉文版手册进行了版式调整，以提供更好的阅读体验。目前两版手册已各印制了１万册，西藏体育局为完成翻译、印制工作共投入资金１３．５万元。

李卫东说，手册将在随后的一些下基层、全民健身及惠民活动中免费发放。相对于自治区逾３００万的人口总量，２万册的数量并不充裕，李卫东表示未来会根据实际需要继续加印手册，让更多民众掌握科学健身的知识。
