据法新社消息，安吉丽娜·朱莉(Angelina Jolie)14日透露，她已经接受了双侧乳腺切除术，原因是她担心自己有遗传自母亲的基因缺陷、罹患乳腺癌的风险高，以此法来降低其患癌的风险。消息一出，国内各大媒体网站纷纷转载，但大家对“Mastectomy”一词理解有误，“切乳房”还是“切乳腺”？引发各种技术贴，果壳君也跳出来科普相关知识，于是有网友说“被朱莉的乳腺刷屏了，有木有？”

安吉丽娜·朱莉在一篇名叫《我的医疗选择》(My Medical Choice)的陈述中，表示不愿让自己的孩子生活在癌症的阴影下，所以她决定尽一切可能保住自己的健康。据她透露，乳头保留乳房切除手术是从2月2日开始，一共经过三次手术，9个星期后整个医疗过程才全部完成。手术只是切除乳腺，但保留了乳头，同时在该区域抽取更多的血液。“这些手术过程是痛苦的，而且会产生很多淤青，却能保住乳头。……两个星期之后，我的乳腺组织被切除，同时暂时的填充物也安置好了，手术进行了8个小时。醒来之后，我的胸部连接着引流管和扩张器，就像是科幻小说的场景，一点也不真实”。

朱莉还表示手术丝毫不会影响到她的 女人味 。并同时感谢伴侣布拉德·皮特和家人的支持。通过这个手术，朱莉患上乳腺癌的可能性从87%降到了5%以下。

人类的乳房结构分为内、外部位，主要为乳腺和其他肌肉组织组成。大家听到朱莉做了切除手术后，因为翻译的问题，更误以为这是乳房切除手术，实际上按照朱莉做的是乳头保留乳房切除术。果壳网上有详细解释哦：
