成都再现奇葩翻译 “高棚西路”一错到底

民政局：将大量收集意见 讨论后决定是否变动

昨日，“老成都”们就地名命名和标识标牌设置提意见：一是成都发展很快，一定要体现全域成都的理念，加强标准地名的宣传推广使用，尽可能杜绝工程名；二是地名命名要尊重历史，不要轻易更改；三是对现有标识标牌的错误要及时纠正，统一设置标准，增强指位功能；四是明确职责，完善监督检查机制。
对此，成都市民政局副局长刘永昌表示，一个地名，涉及了一批人的生活和情感，更改地名会影响当地人的生活，并牵涉到户口、门牌号等问题。对于一些被吐槽的地名，民政局会大量收集意见，在讨论后决定是否变动。

“高棚西路的路牌中英文都错了”，“咋个这条路既是指挥街，又是烟袋巷呢？”……昨日下午，冒着让人汗流浃背的高温，成都市12名人大代表、政协委员以及市民代表，行走在成都的街头巷尾，为不规范的路名牌“挑刺”，并对成都的下一步路名命名、更名提出宝贵建议。

同一条路在几个路口写法不一致、英文翻译错误、路名重名现象不少……在代表们的仔细观察和走访下，不规范的路名牌层出不穷。成都市民政局相关负责人告诉华西都市报记者，更改地名会影响当地人的生活，会大量收集意见，在讨论后决定是否变动。

“高棚西路”中英文都错

昨日下午1点过，12名“老成都”齐聚成都市九兴大道，站在“高棚西路”的指示牌下讨论着。

“给我们的单子上写的是‘高朋大道’，咋个指示牌上写的是‘高棚西路’呢？”成都市人大代表李庆提出疑问。

成都市民政局区划地名处处长王汇川证实，这个指示牌正确的写法应该是“高朋西路”。“不光是这个问题哦，从汉字到翻译，一错到底。”成都市政协委员、成都市翻译协会副秘书长王向东说，该指示牌的翻译“Gaopeng Road West”在英语语法上有误，正确翻译应该是“Gaopeng West Road”。
