两个白苗族姑娘热心当翻译老挝女孩说想见爸爸妈妈

现代快报记者联系上老挝驻华大使馆，使馆称将尽快核实女孩身份，为她办理回国手续

南京市救助站有一位疑似来自老挝的15岁女孩熊宗（音），但因为语言不通，她的经历成了一个谜。昨天，现代快报报道后，一位热心市民给报社打来电话，让浦口工地上的两位白苗族姑娘跟女孩进行了沟通。同时，老挝驻华大使馆也伸出了援手，希望尽快把女孩送回家。

没能回忆出逃跑路线

昨天上午，读者周先生致电现代快报96060热线，他说自己在浦口大道的一处工地工作，工地上有两对来自云南的白苗族夫妻，估计能跟熊宗沟通。昨天下午两点多，现代快报记者来到救助站，让熊宗先与周先生的白苗族同事试着电话沟通一下。跟熊宗通话的姑娘叫吴加英，熊宗用她的语言说了几个词，电话那头传来了回应，她们说上话了。

熊宗是在路边被人发现的，如果带她回到那里，也许她能回忆起自己逃跑的路线，找到了她所说的被拐卖到的这家人家，也许就能找到更多关于她的线索。带着这样的想法，记者和救助站未保中心何科长一起，去浦口大道找吴加英。

吴加英和另外一位白苗族姑娘杨朝兰，见到熊宗后进行了简单的沟通，但遗憾的是有些词语还是听不懂。记者又试着让吴加英和杨朝兰问她，如果带她去当时逃跑经过的地方，能不能认得，她也摇摇头，连路边有没有什么标志性的建筑，她都记不清。

她说想父母想回家

没能找到熊宗在江北的居住地，只能去当时接警的泰山新村派出所再了解一下情况。在路上，熊宗望着车窗外面，默默流眼泪。她说自己很害怕，不知道这群陌生人要把她带去哪里，怕又被卖了。吴加英一直在安慰她，并跟她解释，这些都不是坏人，都是在想办法帮她回家。在吴加英不断的劝说下，熊宗才稍微平复了一些。

到了派出所，民警介绍，因为无法交流，民警曾找了越南、缅甸、泰国等地的几位留学生，都无法与熊宗交流。民警还把东南亚国家的国旗和钱币的图片又都搜罗出来，但熊宗一个都不认识。最后，民警根据相关的规定，将熊宗送到了救助站。

昨天在派出所里，熊宗说自己想回家，想见爸爸妈妈，如果有人能送她回家，她的父母会给钱的。何科长连忙告诉她，不会要她的钱。民警告诉记者，他们已上报至市局，目前警方正在联系出入境和外事部门。对于熊宗提到的被拐卖一事，市局已经上报省厅，已在调查处理。

会尽快找到女孩的家人

昨日下午，在现代快报读者的帮助下，记者联系到了老挝驻华大使馆参赞达拉萨克先生(Dalasack)。达拉萨克先生了解情况后，发来了大使馆专门分管多边事务的负责人苏克山提先生(Souksanti)的联系方式。现代快报记者很快拨通了电话，用英语与苏克山提沟通，“大使馆目前还不知道这件事，我们也未收到任何关于这个小女孩的消息。”苏克山提先生说。他关切地问：“这个女孩现在在什么地方？人还安全吗？身体状况如何？” 当记者告诉他，“这个小女孩现在已被送到南京救助站安置，目前暂无生命危险”后，他的语气才略显缓和。

随后，苏克山提先生与记者互换了电子邮件，并让记者把小女孩的详细信息和事情的经过用英文发送给他。“这名女孩现在既没有身份证，也没有护照，我们通过简单的沟通才知道她的姓名和住址，大使馆方面能为她顺利回家提供帮助吗？” 现代快报记者发邮件问道。苏克山提先生回复：“我们首先会第一时间与老挝外交部取得联系，将情况上报给有关部门。希望通过老挝外交部和当地政府，尽快找到这名女孩的家人，并与他们取得联系。另外，我们还需要重新为她办理出入境手续。”

苏克山提先生坦言：“自2011年我上任以来，老挝驻华大使馆就接到过不少关于欺诈、拐骗、贩卖人口的案件。针对这类事件，老挝大使馆除了会和我们本国的政府联系以外，一般还会与一些非政府组织，比如国际移民组织合作。通过它们的人道主义帮助，让受害者重返故乡。”

老挝驻华大使馆的工作人员提出，希望直接与女孩熊宗通话进一步了解情况。正巧现代快报记者正与熊宗在一起，就将电话交给熊宗，可惜，熊宗操一口浓重的苗族方言，无法与使馆工作人员沟通。使馆人员表示，将进一步核实熊宗的身份，着手为她安排办理回国手续。
