武汉市政府规章将出中英文对照版 可免费借阅

为提高政府规章翻译的准确性、权威性，武汉市政府法制办召开市政府规章中译英专家评审会，邀请专家对2012年该市出台的所有规章翻译稿进行点评指导。召开这样的评审会在该市尚属首次。

华中师范大学外语学院院长、博士生导师廖美珍等专家从法律英语的专业角度，对10余件规章的英译稿进行逐一把关。提出总体性的翻译建议，如时态的把握、我国或武汉市特定提法的规范统一，同时对具体条款中涉及的句式、单词甚至名词单复数、标点符号都给出了具体修改建议。还结合自身的翻译工作经历，对如何做好规章译审工作提出了意见和建议。

武汉市法制研究中心主任朱云仙表示，将结合本次会议评审结果组织对翻译文稿进行再次审修，定稿后正式印刷2012年武汉市政府规章中英文对照本。今后，武汉市政府规章均将按年份翻译印刷，并在该市对外窗口免费放置供借阅，市政府规章翻译电子文档也将上传武汉政府法制网站，以方便公众查阅。
