藏民的义务“翻译官”

菊美多吉生前是甘孜藏族自治州道孚县瓦日乡党委副书记、乡长，2012年5月19日因连续工作劳累过度突发脑溢血殉职在工作岗位上，年仅33岁。5月20日，菊美多吉先进事迹报告会在四川达州举行。

2009年，四川省开始实施藏区“9+3”免费职业教育计划，即对藏区学生在完成九年义务教育的基础上，实施3年免费职业教育。

菊美多吉四处动员，告诉老乡们：这是提高藏区教学质量和增加学生就业的千载难逢的机会，千万莫错过。

他来到瓦日乡尧日村做宣传，中学生丹孜的父亲说：“你这些东西好是好，可我看不懂。”

菊美多吉恍然大悟，职业技术学校的门类多、课程多、专业术语多，专业性强，又都是汉语文字宣传资料，大多数藏族群众看不懂，无法给孩子考虑选择合适的专业学校，影响了他们的参与热情。

对此，菊美多吉心里很着急，转念一想，自己是藏文学校翻译专业毕业的，现在岂不是正派上用场了。他一拍脑袋，回到办公室，当晚就干起来。

夜复一夜，挑灯夜战。菊美多吉用所学的藏汉翻译知识，把“9+3”职业技术教育免费计划宣传资料翻译成册，还走村串户去发放。

这本藏汉两种文字对照的小册子，让牧民们走进了“9+3”职业技术教育的殿堂。瓦日乡尧日村的丹孜在家人的商量下，选择了自己喜爱的礼仪职业技术学校。

去年8月，丹孜考上了成都礼仪职中，但因为户口本上的名字和身份证不一致，办不了入学手续。距开学只有3天了，学生家长心急如焚，一个电话打给菊美多吉，他说：“好，我办。”

菊美多吉把这事儿全包了。到乡政府核实户口，到派出所再确认，让村民出具证明，再到县户籍办修改，这么多环节，他不厌其烦去跑。终于在开学前一天的深夜，他把改好的户口本亲自送到了丹孜家中。他累得气喘吁吁，户口本在他怀里揣得都发烫。

如今，经菊美多吉动员参加“9+3”职业技术教育的学生已经陆陆续续走上了工作岗位，他们心里明白，他们有今天，多亏了菊美多吉叔叔的一片热心。
