国足1个翻译到底怪谁? 曝卡马乔毙数名面试者

一边是卡马乔的外教团队，一边是中方的管理保障团队，还有一边是庞大的中国球员群体，“三座大山”之间的联系，仅仅就靠周毅这名国家队唯一的翻译来担当。相互之间的联系是如此单薄、脆弱，卡马乔跟中方之间沟通不畅，也就不是什么奇怪的事情。相比之下，里皮治下的恒大团队，就要领先国足几条街。

在翻译的问题上，卡马乔和他的团队自到中国的第一天起，就跟中国足协之间存有芥蒂。这也是卡马乔跟中国足协之间的种种不信任感的一个重要环节。在第一任人选被否决之后，负责中国之队(微博)的福特宝公司为球队推荐了现任翻译周毅。从小在阿根廷长大的周毅，西班牙语没有任何问题，但他的中文水平是他作为一名翻译最大的弱项。可以说在一开始，周毅并不适合作为国足中外团队唯一的联系人的角色，更何况球队马上就面临世界杯预选赛二十强赛的关键战役。国足队员们也曾经坦率承认，一开始他们根本听不懂周毅的翻译，这直接导致在最最关键的二十强赛期间，卡马乔的战术布置、理念，不能完整准确地传达到球员和中方管理团队中。

用二十强赛为代价，卡马乔外教团队跟中方之间的基本顺畅沟通才得以建立，2012年上半年，国足球员们才普遍反映周毅的翻译算是走上了正规，在代价惨重的磨合之后，基本的沟通总算是建立起来了。“中文水平是周毅最大的问题。事实上他就是外国人的思维，肯定无法跟我们以往一样更多接近中方的工作人员跟球员，了解他们最真实的想法，并传递给主教练和他的外教团队。”一名曾经的国足翻译如是说。

我们无法批评周毅，实际上他拿着10几万人民币的年薪，所承担的是巨量的翻译工作。卡马乔团队跟外界的一切沟通都需要通过他，一肩挑“三座大山”，他也不堪重负。为了让卡马乔团队跟中方的沟通更为顺畅，足协和福特宝公司始终在寻找第二甚至第三名翻译，以缓解国家队沟通中存在的种种问题。2012年，福特宝公司通过公开招聘、主动联系等多种方式寻找国足的翻译，其中有5、6人通过了笔试第一关，让卡马乔进行面试，其中还有人短暂到国家队进行了实习。需要指出的是，送呈到卡马乔面前的这5、6个人选，都不是翻译的“生瓜蛋”，此前都做过西班牙语的足球翻译工作，可以说起点都比周毅要高。遗憾的是，卡马乔自己亲手把更多的沟通渠道给堵死了，这些人最终没有一个通过了卡马乔的面试，理由只有一条“他们的西班牙语不够好”。或许，这只是一个冠冕堂皇的、甚至都是无法求证的理由。

卡马乔的固执和大牌教练作风，由此也可见一斑。
