云南小语种高级翻译人才稀缺 毕业生大多不能很快胜任

今后，云南省高校将不断扩大小语种招生规模，预计3年后，全省东南亚南亚语种在校学生规模将达到10万人左右。

6月28日召开的全省高校东南亚南亚语种人才培养工作推进会透露，云南省鼓励学生修读双学位和双专业，学生可在学习本专业的同时，再修读一门小语种专业。

据省教育厅副厅长、省招生考试院院长朱华山介绍，目前，全省已有43所高校开设了62个小语种专业。其中，24所本科院校设有30个专业点，19所高职高专院校设有32个专业点。包括泰语26个、老挝语7个、缅甸语11个、越南语16个、柬埔寨语2个，其中有省级重点建设小语种专业点11个。

朱华山表示，云南省高校小语种人才培养取得了一些成绩，但还存在一些不足，比如缺乏高学历、高职称的专业教师，办学条件也亟待改善。此外，小语种专业学生毕业后大多不能很快胜任翻译工作，掌握经贸商务、农林矿产、机械设备、司法等专业知识的高层次翻译人才更是稀缺。

为此，云南省将统筹规划各高校东南亚南亚语种专业设置，鼓励更多高校积极申报和开设东南亚南亚语种专业。其中，侧重鼓励设有工、农、林和经贸学类专业的高校，增设东南亚南亚语种专业，并对新建专业给予招生政策上的倾斜和经费支持。

云南省将启动东南亚南亚语种优秀翻译人才培养计划。设置东南亚南亚语种优秀翻译人才奖学金，每年从全省高校东南亚南亚语种专业在学学生中，遴选100名高年级本、专科学生和研究生，到国内外知名高校交流学习。

启动云南省东南亚南亚语种双学位、双专业优秀毕业生奖学金项目，每年奖励50名双学位、双专业优秀毕业生。并启动东南亚南亚语种优秀学生留学项目，设置东南亚南亚语种优秀毕业生奖学金，每年从全省高校东南亚南亚语种专业在学学生中，遴选100名高年级本、专科学生和研究生，到语言对象国学习1年。此外，将开展云南省东南亚南亚语种等级证书考试。
